Type: Debuff
Aura Effect:
-5 Magic Armor
Role: Allows casters to do a bit more damage or counter magic armor stacking without gimping themselves going harkons since not every int hero is built for combat. Uses the old SoTM/Aghs recipie.

Way too much magic armor reduction, this would increase all dmg taken by the enemy by 20something percent. It can't be a passive aura and reduce magic armor by that much.

Very nice, I like seeing the cooldown reduction on an item besides heart of behemoth. I'm a little unsure if the passive magic armor reduction is too much. Either way, you have my vote.

well first of all, 5 magic armor might be too little really. Mystic Vestments gives +5armor for 400 gold. if the other team farms for 2 minutes and everyone gets a mystic vestment the aura is nullified and it only cost them 2000 total.
assuming they dont get magic armor of any kind... 20% increased magic damage does sound like a large number but you have to take into account that it costs a whopping 6k to make. from honstats the average int hero farms sub 200 gold/min, getting boots and tps even if you rush this it would take a good 30+ minutes to build. with 6k gold most carries can have more than +20% of their base damage in weapons...
Say a pyromancer finds you all alone and blows all his nukes with this aura on you, with lvl 16 all skills maxxed out he will do an additional 256 damage compared to normal. A codex 3 costs less and will do 375 to a hero with base magic armor. just throwing out some numbers

i dont think your math is right here. actually, spells do 33% more damage. usually you ahve 5 magic armor, giving you a restance of 25%. that means you do 75% damage. now you do 100%. 25 of 75 is one third. still, the cost is incredibly high, third most expensive item in the game, and that should balance it. don't forget this aura is applied to the whole team, meaning your allies nukes do more damage aswell

you really should check things before you make accusations, all heroes start with 5.5 magic armor. 0.5 magic armor still gives a few % of resistance so no it isnt 100%.

now I did the math, even taking in that u usually have 24,8 resistance and not 25%, and I found out it increases damage by 29.3882979 %

Well yea 29% more than the damage reduced by 5.5 magic armor. Since the damage is being reduced from 24.8% -> 2.9% with -5 armor, the spell itself doesn't do increased damage (like 300 damage nuke going to 360), it just gets reduced less, 22.1% less (300 to 291 as apposed to 300 to 225).

You really should try hellbringer with Harkons, Behemoths, Refresher and This. -20 Magic armor, triple ult go! (-35% cooldown? w00t)

I like this idea. It's basically the old Mystic Staff, however, instead of the Aura, I would like to see this item have the same bonuses that the Heart currently has (reduced casting time and reduced cooldown) and the heart be given something else for Int heroes.
Since I'm sure S2 won't do this, this Item is a good replacement.

item price is so much high, so you will most possibly get it when carries will be feeded enough to not even think about "magic dmg" or will have shrunken already to counter imo.
and, even if it can be usefull, its only good for big nukers like pyro, witch, blacksmith.
"hellbringer's "nuke, even with -10magic armour, meants nothing lategame in my experience
also you'd have to have at least 2 or more INT heroes in the game to use this synergy enough, comparing items you can buy instead of it (basically, hex).
i dont like idea (not voting though)
