This is a short guide with one purpose and one purpose only:
To illustrate the effectiveness and safety of farming next to a tower.
To "Clip" creeps is simply to auto-attack YOUR OWN CREEPS as soon as they reach half health. This will cause enemy creeps to overrun yours and push closer to your tower, where you can last hit them in relative safety. If done properly, this should not reduce how many last hits or denies you get.
The simple concept here is by throwing in a few extra auto attacks on your creeps instead of running around or pressing "H" to stay in one place while otherwise waiting for creeps to get low to last hit will increase the likelyhood of the creep "line of scrimmage" being near your tower, and thus, improve your overall safety while farming in the early stages of the game, and thus, improve your overall chances of winning.
