Anyone else planning on getting this game? I'm definitely buying it outright because the single player is going to be simply fantastic. I haven't committed to the MMO aspect as of yet, still waiting on more information about what the battlegrounds will actually consist of.

Though really, if you just take the single player game and combine that with multiple players, it should be extremely fun in itself.

For those that don't know, or didn't have the pleasure of playing the original:

Xbox360 and PS3 releases as well.

Eh, probably player error there. You can send a squad of cavalry to tear through the archers, infantry to slaughter them head on, artilery/siege units, counter with your own archers, etc etc.

I own the original, when it came out on Xbox.

It's a fun game, but it can be really hard and make you want to smash your tv.

Yeah the difficulty scaling was a little ridiculous in the original. I remember tearing through the last stages without even blinking then getting that final stage in the first campaign... holy dear jesus, it probably took about 20 attempts to finally beat it.
