+7 Agility for every charge.
Passive: When you kill a hero you gain +1 charge (max 3 charges).
When you die you lose all charges and the item permanently loses 1 Base Agility.
Explanation:
You just bought a Monkey's Paw --> It has 1 charge and grants +7 Agility.
You then kill a hero --> It now has 2 charges and therefore grants +14 Agility.
Then you die... --> Item goes back to 1 charge and now only gives +6 Agility.
You later kill 2 heroes --> Paw has 3 charges and therefore grants +18 Agility.
What a pity, you died again --> Down to 1 charge now only granting +5 Agility.
This means for 500 gold you can get up to 21 Agility. But every time you die the potential bonus is permanently decreased and if you happen to die 7 times the item can be trashed, since it gives you nothing at all any longer.
Notes:
-Charges are only granted for a killing blow (not for assists).
-This item can not be disassembled/sold.
-Obviously this item is designed for agility heroes only.
-Fleetfeet currently only has one use (ingredient for Icebrand).

This is interesting. I think it might encourage ksing in pubs though, which is generally something which I like to avoid since it's already prevelant. However, it is an agi item and most agi heroes are carries so I'll T-up it.
I'd almost be tempted to suggest the equivelant for int heroes, you only get a charge for an assist.

Yes. This is a sweet early game item.

Amusing
I'm not a huge fan of snowball effect items..

i thinks it a good item, do you get a charge when assisting? and i also think that a version for int/str hero's would be nice. Oh, and for a potential 21 stat gain 1 slot i think 500g is to cheap plus the fact that you are buying the +6agi not the 2 +3 it makes it a little less early game item. Maybe a 400-500g recipe and 2 +3agi items? good item overall though :D

Do you only get 1 charge max per kill (if you have multiple Paws)?

T-down, sorry.
Carries aren't supposed to have good early game items like this, the entire point is to farm and become powerful late game. 500g is also too cheap, if you die a couple times you can buy a new one for a mere 250g after selling. Way too good for the price.

i'm voting for the Concept:
Yes.
Numbers can be changed.

I do like the concept - T-up from me.
I agree that the numbers could use a little bit of work though. A potential +21 agi with two kills and 500 gold is overpowered. Just think of having an even stronger Forsaken Archer in early/mid game and I shudder a bit.
Cost needs to be increased or the additional AGI gain from each subsequent charge should be reduced. Maybe recipe cost a little bit higher, 150 or 200. I think the item can remain at a base of 7 and reduce by one after every death, but that each kill would grant an extra charge up to 3 with +3 AGI (for a maximum total of +16 after 3 kills with no deaths) would be more balanced.
I also think that having STR and INT options would be nice too.

My question would be do monkey paws stack? What if you bought 6 and killed two people? That's too much agi.

obviously wouldnt work that way

+3 agi per charge is more reasonable for the price

Let me give you an helping hand on this, make the item go to like 10 charges each charge gives like 2agility points, for every kill you gain 2charges (killing blows) for each assist you gain 1charge.
at this way, you will have a cheap item, with fair agility gain, and you avoid that people focus on k/s since they can gain a charge for assist.
to make this even more cool, add an item like this for Strenght and Intelligence too.
good luck on your item project

I like the idea, but I think +7 agi per kill is too much. If you happen to get 2 kills very fast you got +21 agi from a 500g item.
I rather see that you get like +3 agi per charge, and that the charges aren't removed when you die, or +1 all stats per kill.
I also assume that 2 Monkey's Paws will not stack.
This item doesn't make sense.
Gaining 1 charge per 1 hero killing blow makes sense.
But losing 1 agility of the charge per 1 death doesnt make sense.
You need to give this item some stats and an higher recipe cost/ more ingredients before it can make sense.

When some people say it's underpowered and others say it's overpowered I feel like I've got the numbers somewhat right...
(PS: If... at all... then it's OP currently)
