Wonder if it is possible that S2 port a DBZ character like Goku or would they run into some copyright issues.
Anyways here is what I am thinking

1st skill: Instant Movement
This skill would work like a blink but will be able to be qued up (think slither's wards and panda's flurry).
The second and third blink should have less range than the first.

2nd skill: Super Speed/Strength
At the cost of health per second (think Insanitarious), Goku gains Str, Agi stats and movement speed.

3rd skill: Kamehameha (Turtle Striking Wave)
Takes 1 second channel to start the spell and continues to channel to creates a straight blast from Goku that damage and dazzles enemies.

4th skill: Super Sayan
Activating it increases magic reduction and with an addition activatable ability to fly at the cost of mana/second (think Stormspirit Panda in dota)

He would be attackin with either his hands or legs or u could be holding the Mind Stick.

After 234 games ur psr is still 1502, you shoulda quit HoN by now.

Please no DBZ in HoN, maybe a port of a DBZ character, minus all the DBZ concepts, but ouch, I wouldn't quit if I saw this character, I would just play alot more BD games.

Are u staying the skill set are overpowered?
Number can always be changed.
Take forsaken archer for example, just changing a few numbers on her skill made her from weak to op to balanced.
Just think of the concept.

this means u can just blink so that the opponents misses channel or for you to dodge spells. Not a far blink like the initial blink. Still takes mana and take time to que.

Dragon Ball Z is sponsored and has copyright controlled by at least 4 different companies.

S2 cannot risk to be sued at all, especially before release.

It won't happen, at all. Doing it would be a HUGE infringement of at least 6 copyright laws. Not to mention I would hate that hero. If you want to play Goku, go play DBZ games, not HoN.

Holy crap. This gave me an excellent idea!

Blue Bomber
Ranged INT or AGI.

Skill 1:
Buster Charge
Target ahead of you on the ground to channel for up to 2/3/4/5 seconds to cause AoE damage in a straight line. Can break the channel early for lower damage/range. Each second causes the effect to grow larger.

Ultimate Passive
STR Weapon causes an added amount of AoE damage at the end of the projectile.
AGI Weapon lowers the channel time on the attack while retaining damage/range.
INT Weapon allows an extra second channel for increased damage/range.

Think Ezalor from DotA on this one.

Skill 2:
Mega Slide
Slide ahead on the ground at high speeds, you cannot slide up cliffs or through trees, but can slide down cliffs.

Ultimate Passive
STR Weapon causes your slide to knock back enemies it hits.
AGI Weapon allows you to jump up cliffs during the slide, but only for a distance equal to that remaining of your slide.
INT Weapon drops a Power Bomb at the starting point of the slide that blows up after 3 seconds and deals AoE damage and possibly a small stun or knockback.

Think of a leap that doesn't provide a period of immunity, you could stop it with a stun.

Ultimate:
Weapon Copy
For each enemy hero that dies within a 1000 radius, the hero gains a charge of their respective attribute. Two ways this could go, you get 3 actives and they each gain charges separately depending on enemy hero deaths. Your appearance alters during the effects.

This would let you do things like adding AoE to STR Weapon normal attacks, burst/repeat shots(Faster AS) to AGI Weapon normal attacks, DoT or added range to INT Weapon normal attacks while providing bonuses to the other skills passively depending on your Weapon choice. You'd have to conserve your charges to an extent in both ways, they would depend on your enemies for one and kills for two.

Ways it could work:

Your other skills would get an added effect and use a charge each use.

So 5 charges and using Buster Charge once with STR Weapon activated would provide you with an added amount of AoE damage at the end of the blast range while lowering your charges to 4.

OR

You could either change into the other main attributes by activating the respective skill and then the other skills also get a passive bonus similar to above depending on the attribute. Charges would only be consumed on actively switching your attribute.

It would allow you to go STR for survivability, AGI for normal attacking, INT for added mana for repeated skill use. A real creative way to change things up.

I'm actually going to make a separate post for this concept. It's so lol-worthy but it works to me.
