Benefit from combining the items:

5% more evasion (please note that evasion never stacks with other properties of evasion)
+15 movement speed (not percent, just a flat +15 (similar to :Stormspirit:))

I don't want to say too much about purpose etc, just:
Snake Bracelet only goes into Wingbow which is an AGI ONLY item.
Mithril Armor though is a very interesting item for STR, AGI and INT heroes.
The item theme can be described in two words: "ultralight armor".
I thinks it's pretty balanced right now, though numbers still can change of course if it's needed.

I like it, but I feel like the item cost is a little cheap. Maybe make the recipe 650, to round it out at 3000? Also, the evasion boost isn't necessary I feel. Evasion is too much of a chance effect as is; it adds a significant amount of defense when considering melee hits.

I like this idea. My opinion is that the physical armor is a bit low for a defensive item like this. Maybe instead of using a recipe, 2 ringmails could be used with a result of 10 armor and a bit higher cost. Just a thought.

1800/5 = 360g for every 5% of Evasion. 1 armor costs ~100g. 15ms - don't know how to measure, since we don't have many items boosting ms (not boots) say 500g. Combining 2 items into 1 - 300g (very rough). 360+100+500+300=1260. Lowering it, and we have 900-1000g cost of recipe. Everything i said is only my thoughts :)

Item looks great, and at first it looked quite cheap, but then I realised that Helm of the Black Legion costs 1100+875+250=2225.

STILL, with the large evasion (and even though it won't stack with other evasion) I still think the recipe should bring it to the 3000g mark. Either that or take off the extra 1 armour and reduce the movement speed to 10%. Carries will have some kind of escape mechanism and always have boots, so they don't need too much extra armour or movement speed.

a very nice, rounded item though I fear that the evasion may be high. I know this is a problem of the source of the evasion - since we don't have another item that would be a logical source for it.

Tenative suggestion to not increase the evasion (leave at 25%). Or to find another source of evasion that would be lower (unlikely they will release though :()

The other problem I suppose would be to point out synergy with heroes with non-evasion EH sources, such as Chronos (sorry, easiest hero to point this out on). This item is (relatively) cheap and would give this specific character possibly a bit too much defensive advantage early on.

Certainly in it's current form I would go as far to say that it would become core for him specifically.

I support the concept, although I'm not sure if the exact numbers are fair; with Frostburn being so expensive and recently nerfed, it'd be nice to seem some alternatives to movespeed items, and this would be great on both tanks and carries. But adding cheap movespeed items could make pesky MS stackers like Corrupted even more difficult to deal with. 5% more evasion and 15 movespeed is a little cheap, in my opinion.

I'd actually throw in some Fleetfeet as a harebrained attempt to explain where the movespeed comes from, add some Dex bonus, then increase the cost of the recipe scroll. But maybe it'd make it too convoluted.

The problem I see with this is it's mildly redundant. If you need movespeed and armor, get a frostfield. Yes this is a bit cheaper, but frostfield helps your entire team. And the 10 armor buildup item on frostfield will give about the same survivability as the evasion on this item, for cheaper.

To put it bluntly this just doesn't fill a need. I'm withholding my vote atm, but recommending this change.

Everyone has those games where you're looking for survivability but don't quite know what to get, right? The enemy team has nukes and phys dps, what to do? By the time you've gotten a shamans/mystic + your armor of choice you're left with no hp and being useless end game.

So why don't you make this a mixed item, change the platemail to a mystic vestments to drop the overall cost to 2600, and make it give +7/8 magic armor. Shamans will hold it's use as it can still become a barrier, but it becomes a viable item for those heroes that don't need a barrier and a plain old mystic wastes an inven slot. It gives dual protection against auto attacks and magic nukes (something nothing else in this game does) and gives a little bonus movespeed. Just my two cents. No doubt the numbers would need to be tweaked

quite honestly the only problem I have with the item is the movement speed, you have to think about it, most carry builds will build a firebrand. To include it with this and phase boots, we're talking about agility being the fastest ingame. Which most agility already are the fastest characters ingame. It just seems like the carry heroes would have too much ms and make them unstoppable at catching up to/escaping from other heroes

This item is a great idea! Always wanted to have some evasion to my tanking properties, but :Wingbow: just isn't cost effective for a tank. Personally, I would lower the evasion to 25%, but wouldn't mind either way!

Only one problem with an item likes this is for Fast heroes. Eg Corrupted. He moves at 466 with Frostburn/Ghost marchers. With the added 15Ms, he is going to be moving at 481ms. But apart from heroes who will be really fast.

I like the idea. But for an item like this I feel like its too cheap. I think the recipe should cost closer to a thousand and if not that, more.

The thing is, an item like wingbow provides a defensive bonus similar to that of probably 4 or 5 ringmails. To have the opportunity to negate physical damage completely should be an expensive item, even prior to the added bonuses. I think thats why wingbow is so expensive, dispite the extra bonuses.

I think this items defensive properties can be compared easily to that of daemonic plate; without the area of effect bonuses.

Two suggestions. I think it would be more banced if:
1) The chance to dodge was lowered by 10%
2) The recipe price was doubled/tripled.

Other than that, I think its an awesome item suggestion and would love to see it implemented. +1
