Windbourne - 15 mana. For every charge on Windbourne regalia, grants 0.1 seconds of invisibility and 1 hp regen for 10 seconds. gains a charge every 4 seconds, maximum of 10 charges. 8 second cooldown.

This item provides a lot of armor and survival ability for a relatively low cost. the downside is that there are no offensive stats on the item, which makes it a thoughtful choice for heroes who might use it for ganking, or a interesting defensive choice for chasing heroes and squishy int heroes who can juke.

Changelog:
doubled potential charge, halved charge time, net effect of doubling invis time.

This item seems pretty balanced to me, but i dont really see the reason for 0,5 seconds of invisibility. In 0,5 seconds, before your opponents realize you have gone invis, you appear again. You could maybe increase it to 0,2 sec or 0,3 sec per charge, but the rest of the stats are good.

the idea is to allow a hero to become invisible for a short amount of time for use in either ganking, juking, dodging spells, stuff of that nature. perhaps i could slightly lengthen the duration of the invis, to a max of maybe 1 second, but any more than that would turn it into a clone of assassin's shroud which is not the point of the item.

I know that, but 0,5 seconds is just too low. Nobody would even realize you went invis.

I like the concept, but i have to agree with the rest on the "up the invis". 0.5 seconds is way too little to even have an effect, go for 1-1.5 seconds instead.

0.5 seconds is long enough to juke stuns and nukes.

I would say .2s/charge for a total of 1s of invis. Still not horribly long, but it's worth it. I like this item.

An equally good change. I like it. I think this item is very well balanced and would love to see it in-game.

In fact, considering the price, I really don't think it would hurt to leave the HP regen at 2 per charge (a total of 80 HP regened on a full charge).

I'd change invisibility to extra movespeed (note: discard invis, not both).
The buildup is pretty good imho.

i feel changing it to movespeed would make it too similar to phase boots, i like the niche the item fills currently.
