hey guys title says it all just wondering how everyone plays puppet master do you go high dmg items for attack speed items

Hold melee heroes that require positioning, craze their carry, sheep/silence, then autoattack away till they all die from your 200% damage splash attacks.

2 Fortified Bracelet (consumes Pretenders Crown)

Hellflower (consumes Steam Staffs)
Whispered Helm
Shieldbreaker
Symbol of Rage (consumes Whispered Helm)
Flayer
Savage Mace

If you have Hellflower and Whispered Helm it is really hard to kill you. Enhanced Marchers are to be sure to set Puppeteer's Hold to 100% if an enemy hero is running away. With this build you can really assist your team with the silence and kill heroes really easy. Farming is insane with his splash. On my mind best build for a balance between carry/support.

Also, you're full of ****. There is no way a puppet master will be able to afford four top-tier items, even in an -em game. At least your advice on how to play him is accurate.

OP, remember to communicate to your teammates to attack the Voodoo Puppet when you trigger it. It's useless otherwise. It's best used to kill a hero that keeps escaping (Scout, Night Hound) or a tank, as the voodoo puppet takes double damage.

Well thats not right. You can afford this items. In a normal game (not -em mode) I normaly have Enh. Marchers. Bracelets and 3 Steam Staff after 15 Minutes. Around 30 you should have Hellflower and Whispered Helm and maybe first item of shieldbreaker.

How to do this? Well it is really easy. Whipsplash!!! Easy for lasthits and you gain more ground dmg. If you are good enough it is easy to afford this items. Well after Shieldbreaker or on the way the game is over to 80%. A well lasthitting Puppet Master will get this advantage. I do every time. And I did never loose a game with him till now. And I also did not vs a 5 player team. If you do early game really well it is very hard to stop a puppet master.

Thats the problem with some of these guides, the person writing them can afford the items they say. However, the n00bies cant farm that well so end up not being able to grab the items which the guides say :p
