as far as i understand night hound is revealed after he gets any aoe stun(fissure for example). it makes it the worst invi in game, couse you cant interrupt castable windwalk (scouts vanish or assassins shroud) nor with silence or stun and also all other invis spells give some bonus like move speed\dmg\ignoring unit while pathing, and only madmans stalk doesn't allow him to be permanently invisible.
so i think it's not cool when the hero has the only invis with big fade time and he has the only invis which can dispelled bu stunning, without getting true sight items.
also i don't see any reason for riki to have ms 295, not 300 like in dota. and as far as i understand decreasing move speed is suitable only for heroes with ability damage like pyro/glacius/pollywog/devourer/legionair/banshee/lion so it is harder to use their abilities. and sometimes it's made for heroes wich gain extra ms with lvls like spiritbreaker/banshee again/visage/dragonknight/balanar/sven.
there is no melee damagers in dota with decreased movement speed.
