We all want to see items that are in the game get a reasonable amount of play. When they are played they add a unique dynamic to the game, and having a variable combination of these dynamics is what keeps a game like HoN interesting over the long term.
The Subject:

The Issue:
It's a great item that is very underused. Most likely because it requires more micro than a target hero item. As with many things, it helps if there are features that are easily used by average players and highly skilled players alike.
Proposal (new item):
Pandora's Box
4150 - Puzzle Box lvl 3
400 - Mystic Vestments
550 - Ring Mail
800 - Recipe
5900 - Total Cost
30 Int
18 Str
+6 Armor
+6 Magic Armor (Doesn't stake with Magic Armor from other items)
Cool down is reduced to 80
Puzzle Box Mauler => Pandora's Mauler
Puzzle Box Wizard => Pandora's Magi
Pandora's Mauler gains "Third Eye" and now has view radius of 1000, which is not blocked by trees or cliffs.
Pandora's Magi's Mana Burn is Increased to 325 and gains the ability
Pandora's Magi Gains Phase Trance
Phase Trance -
When cast on ally: target a unit to phase it for 3 seconds, which increases speed by 12% and grants it unit walking.
When cast on enemy hero: Unit is granted unit walking and continues to move in the direction they were moving. If the unit was not moving then they merely gain unit walking.
And alternate to Phase Trance would be a passive which stuns a player for 1 second after they use a blink/teleport ability.
Excellent for countering heroes with blink/teleport skill or portkey. Sometimes it is simply impossible to know where a player has teleported. This is also a counter to a player who blinks into trees and uses homecoming stone to elude ganks.
