Anyway - please fix the screwed posting times and make it never happen again. I've never ever seen this happening somewhere else and it's the most annoying thing ever.

That's not because his name is too long, it's because everything is in caps. The time-warp thing is related to the forum server's time. I've had it happen on my boards when a server-side timezone switch is made or the server falls out of sync then gets updated.
