If the game name says "1v1 Only Mid" on Caldavar, that means pushing top/bottom with Puzzle Box/Post Haste is cheating. Don't you agree?
Well, I do enjoy 1v1's quite a bit and thought of a pretty simple solution to this problem, and so I present to you the SubHouse 1v1 Tourney.
Although it is really a clan, this is a good place to find non-5v5 tourney-style play with legitimate players who will not box-cheese you. Players of any PSR or skill level are welcome, so you can always find someone on your level to play with.
This is just a way to see how much interest there is in 1v1 play right now, until S2 decides to include a functional OM/NT/NB mode or create a 1v1 map.
----
So how will this stop anyone from boxing etc.? Well, with legitimate proof of course, anyone in the tourney who is caught abusing the rules of the game will be removed from the clan. So that being said, there is only one rule:
Anything in the game name when originally hosted are the rules.
If the game name says 'only top,' that means you do not interfere with mid/bot in any way. If the game name says 'no box,' then do not get a Puzzle Box even if you are staying in one lane. If you don't like the host's rules, do not join his game. Simple, huh?
We already have a few members but could always use more variety. If you are interested, whisper/add me in game under this name (a1a2a3), private message me here on the forums, or reply to this post and I'll invite you.
This is also part of a side-project I am working on to bring back the infamous Global Banlist. I'm currently working on creating a self-updating banlist which will integrate itself into the game's built-in banlist system. This would work well for anyone breaking 1v1 rules (until they make yet another alt account!) but is also something you might just want to share bans with your friends!
