Elassar The Forest Guardian

Visuals: Elassar is a druid of the forest with a wisp companion that circles him. The wisp will do Elassar's bidding and is quite devastsating in team fights.

Role: I feel that there is a lack of mana burning supportive heroes. This is my attempt of filling a space I feel HoN is lacking. Elassar is deadly in team fights due to the mana burn of the wisp and Elassar's ability to tether enemy units together.

Razor Leaves (Active, Targetable)

CD: 14/11/8/5
Mana: 50/60/70/80
Range: Leaves travel for maximum of 1250 units.

Elassar summons forth a gust of wind that carries leaves with it. The leaves are razor sharp and will cut anyone they travel through. For each enemy unit they travel through the leaves will deal less damage.

Level 1: 75 dmg 20 dmg loss per enemy unit passed through. Slows units by 10% for 2.5 seconds.
Level 2: 100 dmg 15 dmg loss per enemy unit passed through. Slows units by 15% for 3 seconds.
Level 3: 125 dmg 10 dmg loss per enemy unit passed through. Slows units by 20% for 3.4 seconds.
Level 4: 150 dmg 5 dmg loss per enemy unit passed through. Slows units by 25% for 4 seconds.



Wisp Attack(Active, AOE Targetable)

CD: 20/18/16/14

Range: 1250/1250/1250/1250

Elassar commands his wisp companion to reappear at the target location dealing damage to nearby enemies and burning some of their mana. The wisp will return to Elassar after 5 seconds or until commanded to return.

Level 1: 50 dmg. Burns 40 mana. AOE 300
Level 2: 75 dmg. Burns 60 mana. AOE 350
Level 3: 125 dmg. Burns 80 mana. AOE 400
Level 4: 150 dmg. Burns 100 mana. AOE 450

(Grants a subskill which allows the hero to instantly call the wisp back to him.)



Mana Flux (Passive)

Range: 500/550/600/650

Whenever a enemy unit looses mana the Wisp will absorb some of it. When enough mana has been absorbed the Wisp will release it in a violent nova. Damaging enemy nearby enemy units.

Level 1: Deals 60 damage in a 500 AOE after absorbing 100 mana. Absorbs mana in a 500 AOE of the wisp.
Level 2: Deals 80 damage in a 500 AOE after absorbing 90 mana. Absorbs mana in a 550 AOE of the wisp.
Level 3: Deals 100 damage in a 500 AOE after absorbing 80 mana. Absorbs mana in a 600 AOE of the wisp.
Level 4: Deals 120 damage in a 500 AOE after absorbing 70 mana. Absorbs mana in a 650 AOE of the wisp.



Soul Tether (Active)

CD: 80/70/60

Elassar binds the souls of nearby enemy units together forcing all of them to share the pain the recieve. When an afflicted unit is damaged the tethered units are damaged for a portion of the damage.

Level 1: Tethers 5 units together. Units share 15% of the damage and are slowed by 5%. Tether lasts for 10 seconds.
Level 2: Tethers 6 units together. Units share 20% of the damage and are slowed by 10%. Tether lasts for 15 seconds.
Level 3: Tethers 7 units together. Units share 25% of the damage and are slowed by 15%. Tether lasts for 20 seconds.
