Life Restoration
(Mystical Palm Technique) This Power spell allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending mana from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. By sending an excess amount of mana into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Divine Maiden sends her mana to the target unit. If its an ally unit, it will have increased regeneration for a time. If used on an enemy unit, the unit will be knocked unconscious for a short duration.

Enhanced Strength
This is a jutsu in which the user focuses their magic into their hands or feet to greatly enhance their strength. The user has enough strength to easily make large craters or kill opponents with single strikes. When active, Divine Maiden will do additional melee damage and gain the ability to deal damage in an AoE, dazing enemy units. Enhanced Strength will drain mana over time.

Divine Mana Control(Passive)
When leveled, Divine Mana Control allows Divine Maiden to store chakra in a second mana pool. Whenever Divine Maiden has full mana, the excess mana regeneration will fill the second mana pool. The mana pool will also regenerate by itself, but at a very slow rate.

Mana Release
When Mana Release is activated, the stored mana from Divine Mana control begins draining back into Maiden's normal mana pool. Should her mana pool be filled, the chakra will instead heal Maiden over time. Clicking Mana Release again, will deactivate the ability. Activating/ Deactivating Sōzō Saisei will not interrupt any actions, including casting and channeling.

The second ability seems like it could do without having a toggle effect, as of now it lean towards building a +damage item, and away from the support role. You could instead make it have the nuke/slow only, maybe have it as direct damage instead of percent.

The extra mana pool is an interesting idea, but when you go back to the fountain it seems like you go back out with 200x the normal mana of anyone else would normally have.

Other than that it looks pretty well rounded, T-Up for the ideas.

I dont know... Some abilities seem a little op. Her ultimate especially. Do you mean that the mana is split (for example rather than all target being healed by 2000 would each only heal 500?). If not then it seems rather unfair. She could sit in her fountain till doomsday with a refresher orb at level 16 and just fully heal her team, even while in team fights. Perhaps give every allied hero on the map +5/6/7/8% max mana regen for 5 seconds and +7/8/9/10% max health regen for 5 seconds which dispels on damage? Or perhaps set a cap on how much they can be healed. This ability kind of makes other healers look weak...
