After drinking the blood of a dragon, a Reaver is born. Blessed with the strength and the wisdom of the great beast, the Reaver becomes a blood thirty reminder to why dragons are feared in the first place.

Skill 1 - Devourer

Passive and Active

Gives a 5/10/15/20% life leach to each attack.

Active - Channel

devour corpses in the area to receive 2% total HP per second. lasts for 2/4/6/8 seconds. Requires a new corpse every 2 seconds.

CD: 15

Skill 2 - Aura of Pain

Toggle - Range 450

Deals 40/60/80/100 magical damage per second to all enemy units in a 450 radius around you and 20/30/40/50 true damage to yourself.


Skill 3 - Frighting Appearance

Fears target for 1.25/2/2.75/3.5 seconds. While feared, the target walks in random directions and cannot be controlled for the duration.

Mana: 110/120/130/140
CD: 11


Ultimate- Blood Frenzy

Passive

The closer the Reaver is to death, the more powerful he becomes. At full health, he deals 0 additional damage. At 1% health, the Reaver deals 33/66/99% additional base damage and 10/20/30% more magical damage from Aura of Pain.

First two skills are to similar to Devourer's skills. Given his passive is better (the stat gain is permanent where yours is gone after 7 seconds).

The third ability is just meh, maybe make it immobilization or a stun. I would be scared shitless and probably wouldn't move if I seen a dragon.

The ULT is similar in concept (not in execution) to Maliken's skill. Need to wait for more info though.

Made the heal on the 1st skill more impressive, so its now like a bastard child of Blood Seekers and Devourer's passive.

Made ult have a negative impact (as intended but not initially written) but also now buffs all damage, not just attack damage.

Yeah, I know the ult is kinda like maliken's/sacred warrior's skill but the theme here is for a hero that feeds off of his enemies and flirts with death and becoming stronger when doing so.

Alright, changed 1st skill but kept its theme.

Reworked 2nd skill. It is still similar to Rot except deals less damage to self but is true damage, higher range, and no slow.

Reworded ultimate and changed it up a bit. It is now a passive which always is active and converts missing HP to damage with a 1:.33/1:.66/1:1 ratio in base damage.

At 1% health, the Reaver deals 33/66/99% additional base damage and 10/20/30% more magical damage from Aura of Pain.so at rank 3 you would deal 98% base damage at 2% hp, 97% at 3% hp and so on? i just read it and was a bit confused (WTF why should i have 1% hp without getting killed to get the damage bonus^^)
if that is the idea, it is like huskars passive with some changes (and i really liked huskar:D)
