High skilled player looking to join high skilled clan

I am good with pretty much all heroes, there is maybe one or two heroes I cannot play extremely well. I would like to join a clan that plays non em mostly, I also want to make sure this clan speaks English. I don't like to lose and I don't lose too often when I am really trying.

I mainly want to start getting into competitive games, I don't want to join a pub stomp clan because I can do that on my own with my friends.
