Red Maiden
(Would look something like this, only with an axe in each hand, a flag on her back, and her armor would be red with gold accents. And of course not anime-like.)

Quotes:
Don't blink, or your head will roll.
Finally a challenge.
Follow me to victory!
Charge!
I will face my fears and let them pass through me.
Fear is the mind killer.
Your Head Goes Here.
Aren't my axes pretty?

Lvl 3. The Red Maiden gains +15 hp regen. She also receives an additional +7 strength and + 1.25 armor for each enemy hero within 1000 aoe of her position.
mana cost: 120/150/170
cd: 80/75/70 seconds
Duration: 15 seconds
Usage: The additional regen alone increases your tanking abilities, but when used near an entire enemy team your ability to dominate increases greatly. If facing one opponent this move won't do you much good.

Note: The #'s for this will need tweaking, so she doesn't get imba regen.

Any C&C? Like at all?

Ultimate slap fighter. xD

Now in all seriousness. I like everything except the dual axes passive. The idea is fine, what I would change is having only 1 extra strike on all levels and starting at 30% normal base damage and work it's way up to 75% this way its actually 1 strike with each axe instead of just swinging faster. So it would look something like this 30/45/60/75 or something. I think stays considerable strong and makes it fit more the the character.

Thats my opinion of it.

I guess that makes sense, I made those changes along with lowering the int growth some more. I also decreased the AoE of the 1st skill.

Like the concept, do not like dual axes.

Would DEF like to play someone like that. For two reasons: 1) I really like the skillset 2) I just have a thing for warrior chicks (think Hildegarde via Soul Calibur 4).

I would love to have a very aggressive initiator/support combo hero. The +hit skill move is very attractive. The only issue that might come up is imba. I mean imagine Rank 4 shards critting on both the main hit and off-hand hit? I'm not even sure if there is an internal CD on rift shards? Pretty sure there isn't, but anyway, this skill basically gives her double the chance per attack to score a proc on items. Not to say this is imba but gotta look into it.

Overall I really enjoy the concept. One suggestion: Make her have a pike with a flag on it. That would be sick. Not to copy Soul Calibur, but Hilde from there looks badass with a shortsword/dagger in one hand and a pike in the other.

Like the concept, do not like dual axes.

Care to explain why you don't you like the skill....?

And someone voted no, and didn't say why...

edit: Dual axes, now deals a % of her base damage when it triggers. This, should fix the problem of a free crit or anything like that.

First spell is an upkeep spell (so mana and c/d), but it slows about half as much as krakens passive and krakens has a wider radius. You may need to buff this.

Second skill, i like intiation style and is fitting of a legionarie to charge in. But i think you should add some kind of spin on attack mechanic to it when charging. She would have trained with legionaires and they are all about spinning, so add some kind of tribute skill. Like every attack/spell cast on her whilst charging cause her to spin causing X Aoe damage in Y area. Never forget your roots =)

I see what your trying to do in the third skill. At the moment with your agi gain, you wont hit 1.0 second attackspeed without items. Which means every second attack hits for 75% additional pure. Which is pretty much just 32.5% additional pure damage per swing. So the question is pretty much is 32.5% pure damage a swing balanced. Id probably say yes, because improving your AIS doesnt will decrease the damage per swing on average so isnt beneficial. So the numbers may seem high but i think its fine.

I am resisting temptation to say "ZOMG PUT IN ALCHEMISTS ULTI!" (and failed). which was

Mana Cost: 50/100/150
Cooldown: 45
Has a 0.35 second transformation time.
"Level 1 - 1.45 BAT, 350 Bonus HP, and 15 HP/3 Mana Bonus Regeneration, +30 Movespeed
Level 2 - 1.35 BAT, 700 Bonus HP, and 30 HP/7.5 Mana Bonus Regeneration, +40 Movespeed
Level 3 - 1.20 BAT, 1050 Bonus HP, and 60 HP/12 Mana Bonus Regeneration, +60 Movespeed

Ignore that, i just loved the skill. The present skill you have if you hit all 5 of them you gain 35 strength which is less than centaur warcheifs passive gain from his ulti in dota (drawing parellels is okay they are similar games), and your both tanking intiators, he also had a higher str gain so it would be more imba on him. Gaining the 15hp/sec does balance it out but i think the str gain should be buffed to 11 per hero, so you gain 1k strength for a while, as you dont really have any other tank skills or defensive skills.

Anyway thats my 20c, good luck with your hero, t-up from me.

Shes kind of like kraken... don't like that.

I like the third skill a lot though, no need to change.

The ultimate is bland...

@ Funkylu: Ah, well I haven't played too much HoN so I didn't know that her ability was so close to Kraken's passive. I could change it up by not only slowing move speed, but attack speed as well. What do you think?

Care to explain why you think the ultimate is bland? Also, I would love to hear any alternatives.

@ yyr_
1st skill: I increased the AoE a bit, and made the move affect attack and move speed.

2nd skill, well when she reaches her target point she spins with her axes. Is that good enough :D

For her ulti I was thinking of adding an armor bonus for each hero as well, the bonus would be something like +.75/1/1.25 armor for each enemy hero. Would that help her tank a little better? If not I agree increasing the strength gained would be a good option.

The armour gain would be good, she has about 10 armour at lvl 25, so the additional armour would help tanking alot.
