Tips in loading screen and first time playing tipboxes in the game would really help new players which this game lacks support for.
Demonstration, of course not with this exact graphics beacuse its poorly made:

Tip box ingame for new users. Of course there would be several and not only one.

Extra tip command if you use /tips enabled to show tips for every hero. You can also make the community come up with all the tips to save some work ;):

Did you no for that? If thats the case, you sir fail.
No I voted no because the idea sucks and is a waste of resources. I just commented because of the humor in the one screenshot example.
If noobs want to learn how to play they can play practice/no stats mode and/or read instructions/guides on how to play effectively.

All you whine about is support for new players.
This would help.

I vote yes, this is a great suggestion, a lot of newbies would stop doing shits like using Chucks in their allies when they have 20hp

Tips are not for experienced players, tips are for newbies.

Your score is currently 14-2. No offense to anyone, but voting no to this is both elitist and stupid.
Stuff like this takes zero effort, many popular games today has tips here and there while loading, and of course it's unnecessary for you, you already know the game!
A tutorial is needed as well. But if a tutorial were to be implemented, some tips while loading would still be good. You can't expect anyone to remember 100% from a tutorial. And you shouldn't expect a tutorial to cover 100% of what there is to know either.

Just saw this in the patch notes:
- Added ingame loading tips (more to come soon!)
I hope they got the idea from me. :)
