Warning System

I think there should be a warning system in HoN to reduce the flaming and other offensive behaviours.it could also make the game to have lesser stress since nobody doesnt want to get banned.users can plea for a warning via right-clicking on the name.

i think a person whose behaviour is offensive should have about 10 warnings to get a ban.this ban should be timed like for a week or a month.However if the mods think that he is worth the ban,then they can ban him even if he have lesser warnings.

so what do you guys think?
