Planeshifter
So this is my first hero.
Vote for the Concept pls not for the Numbers. Let me know Ideas for changing.
I am not a native Speaker in english so please forgive me mistakes :).
The Idea to this Hero comes from an anti-invi hero but now its changed to an interessting Hero Concept against all kind of Heroes. (But he can rape invis a little bit easier ;D)
I will add some details soon and just ask if you have questions. For sure items follow soon. If you dont accept the numbers filled in pls note it and let me know exactly what you think have to be changed.

Explanation:
This hero is based on a totally new Concept and a new Way to think about invisiblity.
Heroes that go invis dont just hide themselfs, they switch to an other Plane of the World. This "Ghostplane" cant be seen from the elemental, the "normal" Plane, but you can spectate the elemental Plane from Ghostsphere.
On this ground you can understand this Hero much better i think. Switching to the other Sphere always means that any Hero on the elemental Plane will be switched to the Ghostsphere and every invisible Hero (like Nighthound or any Hero with Assasins Shroud or Invis Rune) will be switched to elemental Plane.

Hero-Notes:
Some important Facts about the Planeshifter:
- He is an melee ranged Agi Hero and has a good but not one of the highest Agility gains. (2.5 or something like this).
- He is a bit fragile so he has a weak Strenght gain. (like 1.5, only Numbers ;) )
- He needs a good Mana-pool to spam his Abilitys and stay invis so a good int gain is important. (like 2, he should not get all mana he needs from stats automatically)
- He gets a normal starting Amor (like 3 or 4).
- His stats at begin will be like the stats on Scout or so.
- He will be a good moving Hero (full of Agility ;) Movement Speed like 305).
- Starting Amount of Damage wont be really high, he is based on spelling most of the game (dmg like 45-55)
Ability-Notes:
Here i want to note some of the important Facts about the Abilitys themself.
Sphereshifting Aura:
His first Skill is a passive Aura that have big potential and is the only damage-source (and hitting, he is an agility Hero, but read, he will not be a hit and run char ^^)
- Everyone in 1000 Range to the Planeshifter gets 1 Charge per Second
- This Charges are NOT visible for the enemy Heroes.
- The heroes that go outside the AoE lose 1 Charge per Second
- The Damage only triggers when the visible Hero turns invisible or an invisible Hero turns visible.
- Math: Damage-Limit of 40% of max Hp. 5% per second, that means it takes 8 seconds to reach full damage. Its magic Damage so the limit of 40% is reduced by normally 25% (5.5 magic Amor) = ~30%. This means at 1000 hp (early game) it deals 400 dmg so 300 hp lose (AT FULL POTENIAL AND TRIGGER). Its not so easy to bring this Ability to full Potential, but there for it scales good.
Planerift:
The Ability switches the Plane of everyone inside 2 times. Friends lose one negative Effect, Enemys get slowed by 50% for 4 seconds.
The backchange takes 0.5 seconds. In this Time every invisble Unit got visible and every visible Unit turns invisible.
This also means, that targeting a Unit will be canceled and you can lokate the invisible Nighthound or Wards for a half a second.
Planeshifting:
This Skill is a bit simiular to scouts one, but has a positive and a negative Effect:
- You are invis :D
- You can see all other invis Heroes.
- You can attack and cast at the invis Heroes!
- You can be seen by each invisible Hero!
I think this skill is balanced like it is now, but if you think i can increase the manacost a bit.
Melting Reality (ulti)
-It is a low cooldown- Ulti.
- It is a good disable, but the Target can move and cant be seen by Enemys without Eye. A funny and great Effect is, that it cant be seen by his friendly Units :D.
- It can help your team mates to gank or escape, you get another support-skill with it.
- In the right combo it is really mighty.
Synergie:
The Planeshifter is build with many nice Synergies to allow Players with a good Handling of it to do really great Combos. I explain some Synergies here.
Planeshifting Aura + Planerift (1. + 2.)
The most popular Combination of Abilitys is using the Planerift to trigger the damage of your Aura. As you see it has exactly the Cooldown that you need to max out the Damage of your Aura. To balance it i have filled in a small radius. It can be changed if it is too hard to hit with it.
Sphereshifting Aura + Planeshifting (1. + 3.)
To open a fight its really helpfull to walk into your Enemys and fill them up with Charges to reach the max dmg at beginning. But be aware of Eyes, Wards and also other invisible Heroes.
This is really powerfull, because the Charges are invis too, but dont forget you have to trigger the damage, which not succed every time for the whole team!
Sphereshifting Aura + Planeshifting + Planerift + Melting Reality (all)
This is your ultimative Combo.
You charge up the Debuff on your Enemy team in invisible. Then you initiate a great Clash with your Planerift and deal a good amount of damage (with a bit luck and skill ) you wait some seconds (3 secs maybe) and take out the most dangerous Carry or Disabler of your Enemys. Now you can turn invi and hit on the slowed and disarmed Target. You and your Enemy cant be seen by both sides. While the Clash is going on without you and your Victim, you can deal good damage to him. After the 5 seconds (at max level of ulti) your Target is free and gets another damage burst of 5 secs (25% - Magic Amor) from your Aura. Now you can follow him and help your team with a second Planerift.
This Combo is really fantastic, hard to manage and can turn teamclashes.
I dont think its imbalanced, but it reaches a great Potential for a good Player.
PS: I have made a whole Concept for an Add on Package for HoN including new Maps and some really good Heroes and a good story to bring it in. If you are interressted in my work pls look up my Suggestions the next time. ( I started to work on the Design last days and this graphics takes some times ;D, but more will follow)
