Legionnaire

Legionnaire's abilities seem sort of weak. Decapacitate and Whirling Blade are fine, but Taunt and Terrify don't do much at all in late game. Enemy heroes get rid of Terrify in a couple seconds, or just out-regenerate it. Taunt doesn't seem to affect heroes, and the armor bonus doesn't help much in late game. (I never see anyone use taunt because the Legionnaire has little mana)
He's great for killing creeps, but for hero battles, he's usually the underdog until he gets great items later on.

legionnaire is weak because his armour has been nerfed every patch, but not because taunt is badd. lol?

I agree with blueblueblue. Though he's being kinda blunt/

Legionnare is hard to kill, and with a blink dagger is easily capable of killing a fragile nuker or two and then escaping with phase boots. He nets kills throughout the game. (sorry for dota lingo, haven't learned the new item names yet). You just need to work on your build.
