Well, for the past three days I've been coming up with a few original (I hope) hero concepts for HoN. Thing is, it's taking me a while to balance them in my own mind, so I'm not sure how well I'm actually faring. This is one of my five upcoming hero ideas, so I just wanted to get it out there and get some feedback as to if I'm on the right track.

But in summary: Feedback PLEASE <3. Also, tell me what you think of how I've layed out the skills and such? Took me a little while to figure it out lol, but I was just wondering if it makes it easier to understand.

*NOTE*: Sorry about the Bloodthirsty table of effects, I don't have the proper image on me so the table is just something I drew up.

I love the idea, I think it's already pretty balanced and the idea is really original and would add a lot of extra spice to HON. I can see how she would be a real team player and would be a really good after fight clean up character. The only thing, (and this is just an idea) the ult is rather good and requires actually thinking about what your doing, I feel it should grant true sight on the enemy since your infesting the enemy with a parasite that she should probably be able to communicate with.

Yeah the ult does grant true sight, probably should have worded the ultimate better. Also bump :3

The numbers seem a bit off, notably the scaling of the silence from Hivemind which is not comparable to other HoN heroes. I like the ideas and the ulti, although it could use a little more flavor. Is that agi gain really high or is just me? I am a nubty.

Scaling could probably just be evened out to 2/3/4/5. Or did you mean it scales too high? In regards to other silences, Defilers is a 6 second, with a radius rather than a single target, as well as defiler being able to invis bail, whereas Brood Queen is true-sighted for the duration.

Numbers can be tweaked as always, it's more a concept vote atm.


Is that agi gain really high or is just me?

Arachna=3.2
Scout=3
Dark Lady=3.1

It's about average in comparision to the other agi heroes.

Just read the Ult. So you deal.. 10 Physical Damage per Second over 10 seconds, +100 Damage on expiration?
Thats astonishing 200 PHYISICAL DAMAGE .. for which you get slowed for 4 seconds. I'd rather autoattack.
Later levels aren't really better. Your lvl3 Ultimate deals 530 phyisical Damage (half as a DoT).

To compare with Deadwood Ultimate: 400 / 600 / 800 physical Damage, instant, 5 seconds of 20%/30%/40% Strenght Reduction.
Your Ultimate also reveals for 10 seconds, his Stuns + Slows each for 1.
Yes its Melee and costs more Mana etc, but your Ult just looks.. weak. Astrociously weak.

It is a fair point, and like I said, it really is a numbers game, I'm more of a concept person usually. Would you suggest a change of numbers, damage type, or concept?

Would change the general concept. It's basically a Pestilence Ultimate with Damage instead of Armor reduction. That is neither original, nor good.

I could always up the armor reduction on caustic strike, or let it stack to allow the ultimate to do additional damage. Or drop the slow on cast. But I'll put some thought in to an alternative. Currently writing up another hero so it will have to wait.
