Steam-Shortcut: HoN

Hi guys,

one simple question: I added HoN as a Non-Steam-Game in Steam. Linked the .exe-File and if I want to start the game, Steam always says "failed to launch heroes of newerth". Any ideas?

Game is on the same hdd as Steam.
