And if numbers mean anything to you (and they should) you will know that arachna is now incredibly strong and is THE best hero for ranged dps.

Arachna's ult was a joke, compare it to say pyromancer's ult, or tree's ult. Now it doesn't suck as much.

Also she can only hit one target, so that's why she has good DPS. Soul Stealer (another ranged agility) has AOE nukes, and an AOE ult. Slither also has AOE nukes/ult. So their DPS shouldn't be as good.

Although, a well farmed Wild Soul (syllabear), probably rivals if not beats arachna.

Arachna has far more dps then viper (similar dps to a drow over level 16) and her ult is imo now better then viper's ult ever since the patch.

Note though, that I don't particular think Arachna is actually imba due to the reason Ville posted. I just think she has solid ranged dps, especially if you go shrunken head, and is the best hero for this role. In pubs though, I can guarantee you it will only be a matter of time before ARACHNA IS IMBA threads pop up everywhere. Just wait and watch.

Predator is just OP though. No question about it.

I feel arachna's agi increase wasn't really necessary, other than that she's still pretty weak in the hp area and the game I played valkyrie we didn't have much trouble killing her even with her BKB and 4 level advantage over us (I was mid solo and the same level as my team, thanks auto-cast harassing[legit] and shitty attack animation[gayas****]).

I've never really seen a predator rape unless he farms up a heart, other than that he's not too much of a ***** to take down, and certainly no worse than nai'x was. (Do you not remember nai'x's slow, infinitely better than leap.)

well there is a big difference between having an agi gain of +2.5 and +3.2, let me say that much. Her ult buff is great too.

N'aix's slow doesn't do damage, doesn't act as a blink strike and doesn't have 15 sec cooldown at all levels. Now I admit I shouldn't have said predator is like N'aix on steroids. Though they are similar they still have several differences. I do believe, though, at the very least that he is on N'aix's level.

Both of these heroes are actually now viable. I don't think they're overpowered at all. Nice balancing S2 :)

Well, I'm happy about Predator since I also suggested that his's Avatar ability should grant him attack speed. After all this is what made Naix good in Dota too. Arachna's buff was kind of unnecessary I think, they should have just improved/fixed AI of the ultimate.
