Story

Power beyond mind. Mastermind is just an ordinary human who spent so much time on learning. With oveloaded with so much knowledge his brain collapsed in oblivion. Mastermind so clever he is able to control knowledge flux in air. Rumors say staying close to him causes confusion, Hellbourne ranks even stay afar from him no one thought even demons afraid for losing their memories

Mastermind creates a distorted void with his mind. Void swiftly patrols, any enemy touches to mind ball will take damage.

Level 1 - Deals 100 magic damage
Level 2 - Deals 175 magic damage
Level 3 - Deals 250 magic damage
Level 4 - Deals 325 magic damage

Mind ball patrolling is something like dark seers ionshell.
Its a small purple ball will patrol in clockwise and has a 422 ms
Mid-air is half height of pebbles chuck
Once hits a enemy unit, ball will be expire.

16/14/12/10 sec. cooldown - 125-135-145-155 manacost - lasts 1.50/2.00/2.50/3.00 sec - Enemy heroes
Mastermind rips inside the targets brain, and able to paralyze neurons for a very short duration. Targeted unit will not take any order in this duration.

Level-1 Applies amnesia to selected unit for 1.5 sec.
Level-2 Applies amnesia to selected unit for 2 sec.
Level-3 Applies amnesia to selected unit for 2.5 sec.
Level-4 Applies amnesia to selected unit for 3 sec.

For example you casted this to a tempest who channels his ulti, after he channels his ulti he will stay like that if he is still under the amnesia duration.
Or u casted this skill to a magebane while he is moving, until he completes that move task he cant blink.
You casted this skill on hammerstorm which targeted you for hammer throw, Once he uses his skills he will stand like that until amnesia.

Passive Aura - Self - 450 radius
Fruits of his biologic researches, Mastermind's presence cripples minds near to him emits any brain regeneration functions on field.

Level-1 Drains 0.3 mana per second
Level-2 Drains 0.6 mana per second
Level-3 Drains 0.9 mana per second
Level-4 Drains 1.2 mana per second

Half of the drained mana will be transferred to Workaholic. Only affects enemy heroes.

Mastermind creates a powerful psionic storm that paralyzes enemies brain, lowers his enemies abilities.

Level-1 Drains 1 level from 2 random skill
Level-2 Drains 2 level from 2 random skill
Level-3 Drains 3 level from 2 random skill

This skill can not drain any ultimate ability, and stat bonuses. Just tell does this skill needs nerf or needs buff ? Drainage is instant.

Masterminds Role

His ulti could be fine for initiating just like demented shaman, or useful at tower diving. About laning he can stay long with his 3rd skill or able to make serious danger to enemies cause of amnesia greedy players will suffer very bad. He can make their mana dependant enemies punish badly cause ulti and 3rd aura.

Didn't vote yet, waiting to see if anyone can find a major flaw. Concept seems fine. Third skill actually seems a bit OP. Ulti with SoTM in a team fight will win. With no items except SOTM at lvl 25 that's 2234 AoE damage if 5 enemies stay inside it.

Good concept, though ulti is completely useless if you don't have SotM, and it shouldn't be that way.

Maybe make it 1.33/1.66/2x his int over 7-11-15 or something like that
SotM will make it steal 2 int instead of 1 each second.

And synchronize should just burn mana, not drain. maybe 0,5/1/1,5/2 like a counter to glacius. and then a 650 range.

I prefer the name Mastermind.

First skill is just a generic nuke but much harder to hit and doesn't really make up for it in any way. I think it needs to be tweaked somehow.

Second skill is a nice idea, its not just a generic nuke or a generic stun/disable. It has a nice effect with it, I think the numbers may need some tweaking as currently its slightly weak and a hard disable would probably be better in most situations.

I REALLY like the mana drain skill, maybe the numbers have to be changed (perhaps 100% drained, but half the numbers for the burn?).

As its been said, ulti is useless without SOTM and its OP when you have it. I like the idea of adding new effects (instead of extra duration/damage) with SOTM but it needs damage without SOTM.

This is a pretty cool idea, the second skill's unique and obviously never tried before, but it might be a little hard to differentiate whether you got casted by it or your net is just spiking.

hmm, im thinking about the aura. Since it doesent absorb really that much i think you go for 1/2/3/4.. because when you buy you already over reg the first level :P

The ult seems useless, maybe change it to lower all levels of all spells to rank 1 and lower the ultimate by 1 rank for 15 seconds. Then everything is reset.

Would be a good counter to intels or agi's that rely on spell ranking.

How do you know which skills get lowered? Add that.

Saving my vote. This hero is interesting.

The poll should be private, otherwise this hero can't be implemented. Says so in the rules. Change it quick (I don't know how).
