So scout isn't getting nerfed on this new 1.30 patch? I don't see why not...he's got just as fast as a ult refresh timer as Pred. and yet pred's skills are garbage......don't make scout your baby please...he's not a great hero, he's a cheese fest,and one i look down on to be played or those who choose to play him...

not sure if your being serious or not.. but Predator is my 2nd favorite hero I think hes pretty good.. scout isnt over powered to me..

Scout is overpowered. No other hero has such an impact on the game. He makes a team lose most of the time when he is picked.

I don't think Scout is overpowered. If anything he's just annoying. Good for stats farming, but a pretty crappy team player.

I don't think Scout is overpowered. If anything he's just annoying. Good for stats farming, but a pretty crappy team player.
Maybe if you like farming losses. ;)
learn to buy dust.
or wards.
or eye.

and he will become way weaker soon as more heroes appear.

Well look this one time I saw a scout go 32-1 by making a dagon 5 and ulti jacking kills!!!!!!! He's so OP!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Elaeli, scout is such a total non-factor. Sure in pubs he could feed off the bad players and walk around killing people with ease, but that would only be good for farming hero kills and quite a few others can do that anyways - Pyro is the first that comes to mind.
In any decent game hes only good for his wards and is considered a wasted slot beyond that. Hes far too weak a carry, even compared to Gondar. I mean hell, at least Gondar basically had permanent max MS and could get items sooner.

Scout sucks. All he does it run in and kill steal with his ultimate/chase very low health enemies, then get a pretty high K/D ratio but contribute nothing to the team.

Why are you assuming your team is losing? How about warding their forest and stabbing lanes while your teammates are owning it up?
He's a real good stab hero, admittedly he's quite weak in team fights compared to some other heroes, but like any agi with passive crit he can be a monster with the right farm...
He's not overpowered but he's definatly not as bad as you make him look there.

Scout is a fairly good hero. All this flame-warring where Scout has become either super imba or total trash is the reason why most players can't be trusted to make reasonable judgements on balance.

yes - I second a decreased eye cool down. It is an awesome skill, and since we are limited to four at 1 time (max'd in eye) It would be nice. I had trouble the 1 time I played Scout with eye as they were able to take down 2 of mine (dust when I was nearby) And over the course of the game I rarely could get 4 on the map due to the long cooldown.
Scout is a total utility character - He may not be the best on team pushes, but can create a nice distraction. I dont think he will be a top pick for league play at all, and people that have trouble playing this will continue to complain about him.

why would you nerf scout? he is a total non-factor. he may be the only hero i can think of that can go 15-0 and have absolutely no impact on the final outcome of a match

I once played a game where a farmed scout directly lost us the match. He bought a divine rapier and died like a minute after making it trying to gank by himself, and the other team's agi proceeded to mop up while he attempted to farm until our tree was dead.

I thought the only real issue with scout was that his eyes can be placed where you can't kill them.
Otherwise he's ok. Melee agility is a pretty weak class. Eventually the whiners will figure out how to counter him.

lol scout is far from overpowered. All you have to do is buy items to see him, and he can be owned. If he lacks his invisibility, all he can really do is snipe, and lay down eyes until late game. This makes it hard for him to do much unless its a one on one situation. A smart team would stick together, buy items to see invis, and make it so all scout was useful for is either weakening a hero, or last hitting them with his snipe.

Reminds me a game yesterday,when our Scout goes Codex build and goes 32-1. Probably thinks he is so OP and ze ****. The fact that this is possible due to the fact that I am Pollywog Priest with Post Haste/Portal Key/Sac Stone/Totem of Kundra seems to elude him all game long.

This thread is not constructive and thus is being locked because it is just going to turn into a troll/flame war.
Please post constructive reasons why you think a Hero is imbalanced if you wish to bring up the issues back them up with reasoning and math to prove your points rarther than "I played a game he won he's broken" or vice versa.
