does barbed armor reflect the damage without reductions from self (like someone does a 100 damage nuke, i have 20% magic armor, making it 80 damage, and it reflects that, or does it reflect the 100 damage?)

im not sure if barbed armor reflects magic attacks. only melee atks?

Pretty sure it reflects ALL damage you take (after armor/magic armor deductions) although I'm unsure whether it reflects damage back as pure damage (like DotA), or as magical damage (like DotA used to). Pretty sure a Madman with Shrunken Head wasn't taking damage from my Barbed Armor.

I don't see this item enough in endgame. Alot of times teams have only one unbearably strong carry that is impossible to kill but you can make them kill themselves with this item and it has a short cooldown. That gives you a good chance to kill the weaker heroes and push decisively.

For example, I was playing against a team whose arachna was their carry. She went down in about 2-3 seconds with barbed armor thinking me the easiest kill. Our whole team made short work of the rest of the team and pushed to victory.
