It drives me mental when people put yes and i can't contact them.
I woulda put a public poll but then it'd be kinda breakin the tension.

Speed: 325 (yes that's right, he's as faster than Magebane)
Attack Range: 200 (to be explained later, i know he's a melee but this is what makes him unique)
Damage:48-62
Armour: 4.3
Alliance: Legion
Strength = 23 +2.1
Agility = 24 + 2.7
Intelligence = 20 + 2.1
Role:
Now his basic attack is that he JUMPS (this type of attacking is key to his role) towards his enemy whenever they get within 200 range, he strikes them (punch or kick) JUMPS back to his original position. Think of his normal attack as Madman's barrel roll just only one 3rd of the difference. Polarion is all about the chasing and he's got a relatively good initiation. He can start roaming around Mid-Game and thats where all the fun starts.
Story:
Born an orphan on the Moon. Living there with the other human colonials he had dreamed to leave the desolate surface and come down to see the lush wild life. He met his chance at the age of 17 when joining the military , he was to be upon a war freighter made to bring men and resources to the Earth's surface and upon landing he felt a power overcome him, the power to control magnetic fields, from there he named himself Polarion and made an audience with King Jeraziah.

Visual Design:
I would like to say he should look like this picture, but im not entirely a fan of good looking anime people, its just almost too stereotyped. But anyway, the metal parts of his armour should look less like ribcage and more like a chest guard. He has no weapons (there is a chakram in his hand in the picture, take that away) except for those spiked gauntlet's hes got. Basically he should look very much like a ninja who fights entirely with kung fu. Depending of what colour you choose in your slot, his scarf will become that colour.

Weightlessness: Polarion places detonates a magnetic charge on the ground with such force that it repels his armour upwards enabling him he torun at extreme speeds and distort his physical image as well. As he runs he attracts the armour of other beings on the battle field and after a while, the build up of armour increases his weight once again. He can only steal armour from a unit once.
Skill Type: Magic
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90
Cooldown: 30/26/22/18
When activated, Polarion recieves Distorted upon himself and moves at +4/8/12/16% of his movespeed. He gains 0.25/0.5/0.75/1 normal and magic armour for every unit that he walks by in a 100 range, when he reaches a cap of 2/4/6/8 armour, the movespeed buff ends. Once he reaches his cap, the armour buff lasts for 10 seconds.
Distorted Effects: Unit-walking, Tree-walking (trees are not destroyed).
Balance: The armour buff isn't that long or high, the movespeed buff is equal to Rampage's passive aura. I can't see anything wrong, it super balanced.
Note: THE MOVESPEED BUFF LASTS INDEFINITELY UNTIL HE REACHES HIS ARMOUR CAP which is 8 units to walk by on all levels btw.
Visual: Upon activation, the ground beneath him illuminates blue and white (like the icon) and he himself seems to have the buff that Ghost Marchers gives.

Cooldown: 6/5/4/2.5
Whenever the cooldown goes by, Polarion the next time Polarion attacks his opponent, he hits them 3 times with EXTREME SPEED. The final hit is a mini-stun.
Balance: This spell is almost exactly like Nerubian Weaver's Geminate skill except for one extra attack and a mini-stun. I added the extra attack and mini-stun because Polarion attack range is only 250.
Note: Remember his normal attack is that he jumps VERY quickly towards his opponent, strikes them, then jumps back towards his original position.
Visual: Its his normal attack but he hits 3 times with + 500% speed. So he goes up and then back 3 times. LIKE A NINJA.

Cooldown: 15 seconds for all levels.
Polarion deals an aoe shockwave that does true damage equal to 20/30/40/50% of his movespeed and slows enemies for 25/35/45/55% (decreasing) for 4 seconds. The shockwave has a range of 150 RADIUS (or 300 diameter)
Balance: As far as damage goes, the maximum he could do with the spell at level 4 is only 261 and only if he has the maximum movespeed (522). The 400 range radius is a bit too far i think but we'll see.
Note: Using Weightlessness then this makes a pretty slick combo.
Visual: He punches the ground really hard, and electricty shoots out and the ground caught in the radius is cracked.

Visual: Enemies affected look like they've all received Nullfire Blade's debuff. Only they don't move slower and it lasts for 30 seconds.
