A great team battle initiator, esp if verses many int classes. Run in first (tank most the damage) and teammates follow.

Good for early game harassment, can be lethal to many casters - such as magebane. Can also be used to save teammates fleeing with low hp.

Spells are ridiculously underpowered save the ult.
1st spell: Extremely low, neglible damage and a tiny silence on a 45 second? This should be 120% on a 9 second cooldown.
2nd spell: An extremely short range pull on a 30 second cooldown with no damage or side effects. Range needs to be better and scale better, drop the CD.
3rd spell: Why does this have 3 levels? Scales badly as well.
Ult: Why does this have 4 levels? Regardless, extremely overpowered. Thats 30 seconds of near-invulnerability to all forms of damage and max movement speed that can be up for almost the whole game.
Regardless, spells are extremely boring and have no salvageable synergy.

O.o Think again about those numbers. Check magebane passive magic armor and pebble's one. Check plague riders armor boost and tree amor boost. read how much armor reduction is 30 in practice mode. Think how much 100 would be.

It's an interesting suggestion, but OP in certain ways and UP in other ways.

2nd Ability: The cooldown is WAY too long. It might as well be an ultimate with that long of a cooldown. The concept is very nice though.
3rd Ability: So basically he gets x3 Shaman's Headress for free? He'd be the ultimate pick against any kind of nuke team. I'd tone it down to at the very least 3, 6, 9, 12. 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 should be considered as well.
Ultimate: Umm, basically with the current numbers for 25 seconds at level 16 these dude is running around at 522ms with 90% damage reduction and 100% magic reduction. Sure stuns still work and what not, but it's pretty much a BKB. And because the duration is so long they blow everything on you and you'll still have 10 seconds to run around wreaking havoc.
Concept is good, numbers are odd though. T-Up for concept.

yea it was basically supposed to grant a short immunity (sort of like war beasts ulti but instead with defence and not attack power), i think the prob is the time it lasts. I didn't realize it was so high.
i hope ppl arn't voting on numbers, its my first time doing this so i didn't really set the numbers up right =o

skill1- you get a stab damage hit with the short silence - i set the mana high so that its not too spammable like a perma silence (mana ring would deff be suggested)
skill2- i shortened it alot
skill3- i was basing it off a headdress but forgot that if they ALSO bought the headdress it woul be GG for magic casters XD - so its been lowered
ulti- lasts MUCH shorter thank goodness

in posts i already compaired it to warbeasts ulti but flipped, shes a tank support/ not damage heavy
as i keep telling people numbers can be changed, this was the first draft of me ever making it. i wasn't 100% sure on numbers and put guesstimated ones up to be changed and revised
with the right items this hero could be alot of fun, thats why im working on item suggestions

hmmm i like the aoe grasp idea, it would make a bit more sence with the longer CD, and your suggesting skill1 instead of melee attack it does bounce damage to a certain radious? =o I LIKE! goes well with the name too

On Joust, you should put +'s next to the % increase
Like so =)
Damage:
lvl1- +70%
lvl2- +75%
lvl3- +80%
lvl4- +85%
So people for sure know that they're gaining damage

the concept is nice, but I think you should remake her passive magic armor into an active, else she would be kinda over the top...
about her ulti, not sure if you meant the +armor to be percentual (+60% at lvl 1 e.g) or total. If you ment total, that would be pretty lame, if its percentual, it should be alright, if the 3rd ability is made an active.
+ on a sidenote: most of the movement gained by the ultimate will be of no use, as it caps a 522... ---> 320 initially + boots (50~)= 370 + 60% = 592 // 320 initially+ 60% = 512 ...so no much use in that....
my idea would be to make this ulti something good for the team actually and boost team movement speed or something + team armor...
e.g. Dark Impulse: boosts team movement speed and armor for a small time
lvl1 +20% movement speed and + 20% armor + 30% magic armor on allies on a 500 range for 7 seconds cd 60sec manacost: 140
lvl 2 +30% ms + 30% armor + 50% ma ....500 radius for 8 seconds cd 50 sec manacost 160
lvl 3 +40% ms + 40% armor + 70% ma ....500 radius for 9 seconds cd 40 sec manacost 180

mm i think the ulti would be too OP if the whole team got it, those 9 sec could be enough time for her whole team to run in completly armored up and kill the whole opposing team
maybe i should make her passive into an activated and also boosts those around her radius
^also her ulti does not stack with boots, its just ment to be a movment speed caped move to sort of counter those blinkers and the realy fast (warbeast)

ok now serious comment (is serious) even if ill just make a short one maybe ill look at it more closeley later.
the first skill seems ok and fitting to the theme. the minisilence could be used to gank if im not right.
the passive skill seems OK too maybe some tweaks but i wont talk about any numbers here. Maybe magic armor increase is a bit strong but still that makes this hero compliment nice with Devourer.
Oooooh yess i refered to devourer and here comes it. this "iron grip" skill. How does it work? So its basicaly like devourers hook with a slow attached to it? Or doesit drag your target from one area to another? Anyway it feels too strong since its single targeted. While you have to target devourers hook. But still i need more explanation on this one.
The Ult seems like a nice tower diving sterioid spell but nothing too sepcial.
i think that chick needs some work but it could turn out good.

This hero doesn't seem like a tank at all to me, mainly because her skills make me want to target her last or just run from her. She seems like an excellent d.p.s./lane pushing char...with her only weakness being her mana pool, which can be fixed with items, assuring domination throughout the game.

I believe that this is more a disable then tanker : no one can run from you unless they have disables/blink or a very good ally.
For me, you need to rework the MS buffs/debuffs to something more interesting!

The grip is a targeted area toggled and selected and pulls all target(s) in the area (they would sort of bounce to you and a purple bolt would animate this)

Here's a suggestion: Spellcheck.
Check your sig, Hellborn should be spelt Hellbourne.
And spellcheck the entire description of the hero. It'll help people take it more seriously.

Really like the concept. Numbers will need tweaking of course. But HoN could use some more silence abilities instead of always stuns.
I'm not sure about the damage component of Joust, as the numbers are now it's like :dark: except the silence works on everyone near you without even attacking, and it has 100% uptime. I'd drop/lower the damage component and keep the silence. Otherwise she'll end up being another carry.
The first skill really is the key. They'll need to silence, stun or slow you to keep you from silencing them, so you'll soak up the disables at least, if not the nukes. Maybe replace the damage component with slow resistance? Not total immunity, but something like 20/30/40/50% maybe. Also maybe reduce the silence duration so you can't just run circles around their team and keep them all perma silenced. They should be screwed while near you, but not if they can get away.
You need to clarify how the ult works for armor. Would it be 10 armor > 19 armor? Or 39% damage reduction > 93% damage reduction? Because the second one would be pretty overpowered, and make it so you don't actually need tanky armor items, so you could just get damage/carry items and use your ult to make up all your defense.
Also consider whether these skills should be physical or magical buffs. Magical buffs can be taken off by electrician or a nullfire. Same with the silence debuff. Will shrunken head make them immune to it?

I like the idea and this game needs some more mounted fighters, but this honestly looks like a Legion warrior to me, instead of a Hellbourne warrior. Make her evil, glowing eyes, pale skin.
