Uproot is essentially like the old Keeper of the Forest skill that was removed, except now you can throw it at someone, ministunning them and giving them a short slow debuff.

Suggestion:

The suggestin is that Uproot picks up the closest tree within 400 range automatically if you do not click on a specific tree. You would still be able to click on any tree that you want to pick up within 400 range, but if you do not select a tree, it would automatically choose the closest tree within 400 range.

We know that people hated this skill on KOTF because players had to walk over to the tree to pick it up and it took time away from attacking, etc.

I think this would make the skill a bit more worthwhile.

I expect flames from people saying "zomg, he's not even in the game yet noob, don't knock it til you try it...", but I can already foresee this being an issue with the skill. Hopefully S2 can test the suggestion and implement sooner rather than later if it becomes an issue with people not bothering to use the skill.

Thoughts?

i hated having to walk over to trees to grab something that would only attack 5 times with kotf - huge pain in the ass - never used the skill

i like this idea

I'm tryin to understand what your saying here. You mean he uses "the force" to fly a tree out of the ground from 400 away? I'd say no to that. I can't remember if the old KotF skill was time based or a certain number of hits, but they should make it a certain number of hits so you can grab it and hold it until you actualy need it.(if it was already this way nvm :)

You need to use Deadwood's skill in a real match to understand how much ownage is compacted into one skill.

They took KOTF's I Haz A Tree skill and:

1) Attached a ranged nuke to it
2) Attached a ministun to it
3) Attached a slow debuff to it

But that's not enough buffage for you? You want MORE?! MY GOD MAN!
