orb effects in this game

so im new to HoN but im fairly good at dota. i was wondering if anyone could tell me whether or not the orb effects from dota are the same as in HoN, cause i saw someone the other day using SnY (hack n slash) with another orb effect and they were both working.

They stack but if you get 2 of the same like Diffusal and Manta only the better one will work

"desolator"+"Skadi"+"dominator" = works

read them both so you know what does and does not stack.

if your good a microing you can have both debuffs up on a target if you switch of for every attack.

i might write a guide on microing it but its not that common so i don't know if its worth it.

the hot keys are period for next attack modifier and comma for previous attack modifier. you can rebind them if you want to. the only place it would be really practical is if your hero came with an attack modifier and you wanted an item with one as well.
