4) 100% increased damage

Cooldown:10/8/6/4
Manacost: 20/25/30/35
type: enemy target or toggle
damage type: Physical

balance:
The critical is not good compared with swiftblade's critical but its controlable and can be used in right situations.
(it is counted as critical) and does not stack with Rift shards.

Synergy:
Synergy with Spell nr 2: Mark of X.

2: Mark of X: When Xavion attacks a target then Xavion rip a mark of pain in their chest. The debuff "Marked" lasts for X seconds.
When you active the spell "anhiliation" the targets with the debuff "marked" will lose X% Hp of the damage they suffered at the attack
they got marked. A new attack against the same target will not reset the mark duration or damage. You can mark infinite of targets.
1) 33% damage taken from hit mark lasts 3 seconds
2) 66% damage taken from hit mark lasts 4 seconds
3) 100% damage taken from hit mark lasts 5 seconds
4) 133% damage taken from hit mark lasts 6 seconds

manacost: 15*targets / 22*targets / 27*targets / 35*targets
cooldown: 20
target: activate
damage type: Physical
cast range: global
spell type: physical

3: PushBack: Click at a point. any enemy hero or creature that are inside range are damaged, pushed back and is stunned.
1) Damage targets for 50, and push target 200 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,3 seconds, got 1 charge
2) Damage targets for 100, and push target 225 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,5 seconds, got 1 charge
3) Damage targets for 150, and push target 275 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,7 seconds, got 1 charge
4) Damage targets for 200, and push target 300 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,8 seconds, got 2 charges

Cast Range: 400
Radius: 150
damage type: Magic damage
Spelltype: Magic push
manacost: 60/65/70/80
cooldown: 8 seconds
charges: You got 2 charges at lvl 4. they are individual (like panda's flurry)

balance: This spell is a bit like engineer's stun but it has less stun and got shorter cooldown. The spell is not very powerfull before you got 2 charges.

Synergi:
This spell can work great together with ultimate to make confusions in the teamfights or ganks. This spell can be
used in 2 ways:
*To chase oppoments (use it like rampage)
*you can use it like pharaoh uses mummies to save himself.

Ultimate: Virus: The target will get opposite pointing. If he clicks to walk left it will walk right and opposite.
It will switch between Normal and opposite pointing every second. This will not affect if the target commands to attack a target within 1000 range.

1) lasts for 5 seconds
2) lasts for 8 seconds
3) lasts for 11 seconds

target: Enemy hero
spell type: Magical push
manacost: 120/150/180
cooldown: 100/90/80

balance:
This spell is Uber against stressed persons who are ganked but can be dodged if the target is good to react fast. It will not
silence/stun in any way. One way to dodge it may be to stand still. This will not affect any spells in any ways but it will be harder to land
an accuracy spell if you are moving. It may work like bloodhunter ulti but deals no damage. if you can make the target stand still you
may land 1 or 2 Pushbacks pushing the target closer to you.

Synergi:
Can work synergic with spell 3, or spell if you can make them stand still they will be an easy target for your attacks.

Update log:
13.12.09 Fixed skill 2 to be more synergic and balanced. Did also fix some grammar and explinations.

This is my suggetion to a new hero. It may be underpowered overpowered or even pointless but the numbers can always be tweaked. Please vote for the concept :D

balance:
The critical is not good compared with swiftblade's critical but its controlable and can be used in right situations.

Is this a critical ability? If it's not a critical ability, then this skill is better than Swiftblade's critical. Why? Because this hero can get a Riftshard and have the criticals stack with this skill.

2: Mark of X: This spell got X charges. You count down from maximum charges to 1.
At 1 charge the attack is enchanted with the effect punishment. the charges are reset after punishment (like puppet master crit)
For every hit the target will get a debuff called Mark of X.
The "marks" stacks and it does not reset cooldown of first charge (like armadon spikes).

1) 4 charges. At the 4th strike release punishment
2) 5 charges. At the 5th strike release punishment
3) 7 charges. At the 7th strike release punishment
4) 10 charges. At the 10th strike release punishment

passive skill
damage type: Physical

Mark of X:
______________________
|"Mark of X" is given to targets that are attacked by Xavion.
| The mark of X can stack up to X times. The Mark of X is released when
| the punishment is usen. The amount of damage marked creatures takes
| depens on the sword damage of Xavion. You can mark different targets
| and when the punishment is released all the targets that got a mark are
| damaged equal to sword damage multiplicated with amount of marks.
|Mark duration: 3sec/6sec/9sec/12sec
|Mark stack: 2/3/4/5
|_____________________

Does NOT make sense. Can stack up to X times? You never say what X is. And at the bottom of that paragraph says max stack is 2/3/4/5. Confusing.

And it is WAY overpowered if I'm going to be able to do 500% damage and have it work with the first skill. That's 1000% damage from smacking someone.

Balance:
This spell might look overpowered at first sight. but think about darklady she get 110
% damage for 5 seconds (or smt) and that is enought to get about 5-6 hits at least. When
she got 110% damage its the same as gettin doublehits (if target got no armor) this spell is a sort of doublehit.
you can attack the same target for 10 hits it will activate and the target will loose damage equal to 5 adittional hits.

Wrong. Here's the different. Dark Lady's skill SCALES with points. It doesn't get 110% until level 4. Also, it costs a LOT of mana for a few seconds. As of now, this skill is AUTOMATIC, and it HAS NO MANA COST OR COOLDOWN. And your first skill is already doing 200% damage every few seconds.

3: PushBack: Click at a point. any enemy hero or creature that are inside range are damaged, pushed back and is stunned.
1) Damage targets for 50, and push target 100 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,3 seconds, got 1 charge
2) Damage targets for 100, and push target 150 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,5 seconds, got 1 charge
3) Damage targets for 150, and push target 200 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,7 seconds, got 1 charge
4) Damage targets for 200, and push target 250 range away from centre. Stuns hitten units for 0,8 seconds, got 2 charges

Cast Range: 400
Radius: 150
damage type: Magic damage
Spelltype: Magic push
manacost: 60/65/70/80
cooldown: 8 seconds

balance: This spell is a bit like engineer's stun but it has less stun and got shorter cooldown. The spell is not very powerfull before you got 2 charges.

Decent skill. May be viable. However, please explain how this works with the theme(half cyborg man or whatever).

Ultimate: Virus: The target will get opposite pointing. If he clicks to go left it will go right and opposite.
It will switch between Normal and opposite pointing every second.

I think this is a dumb skill idea because clicking in opposite directions does not make sense. Maybe in a first person shooter, an arrow-key controlled game, or a game that uses WASD. However, clicking does NOT make sense. What happens if I right click a hero to attack it? Won't I just go straight to it? If you make me go in the opposite direction, then how do I make him attack a target on the opposite side with nothing to click on the reversed side? It just does not make ANY sense for a mouse-oriented movement system.

Overall, boring hero with overpowered melee capabilities. There are no REAL synergies. The synergies you have pointed out are only damage-nuking and movement-for-damage trade offs. I do not consider that real synergy. Rethink your skills rather than give him a bunch of damage and movement skills.

well thank you i will see what i can do to remake him in a better way. The ultimate is making the character to move the opposite direction then where he is pointing "When he is walking, it wont affect if he has an attack target." attackng ground wont count as attack target

If the ulti dont effect when u clickheroes, cant they just click on u when your trying to escape (then it makes no differance) or click an allied hero if they are trying to escape?

Ulti sounds nice but cant be done with a mouse moving system.
