Italian translation

Hi, i've begun an italian translation, i've already done client_messages, game_messages, interface;
entities is WIP, however i'm uploading all the files as they are, and i'm especting to receive any kind of advices about how to correct some sentences or how to better translate some words.

I mean, some heroes have cool italians name (i.e. Puppet Master = Burattinaio), but if in the game someone asks for swap (for example) how do you communicate names if you're a noob-ish italian who does not know original ones?

So far i've translated all but the heroes name, because some of them are just.. proper names.

I had the same doubt about skill names and proper names in general (skills, effects, items) and i guss it's the same. Anyway i've translated them so far.

Hello, i'm italian and i can help you out if you still miss something.
By my experience so far, a complete italian translation would be not a good idea, by complete i mean the heroes name and the skills.

I'm quite sure most of my country mates thinks the same.

I'm translating the game, leaving only the hero names in english (i guess that the skills may be translated, but S2 should decide what will be translated and what will not).

Going pretty slow with entities, the rest is complete and ever updated at the last patch. Just keeping this private right now.

Entities is.. so to speak at 50-60%.

Before release / open beta will be surely completed and sent to S2Games.

We already decided to NOT do that, along with Item names and Skill names, the rest is translated / in translation.

Ye, we're surely continuing this, but we're proceding slowly due to work and whatsoever.

Anyways the files are getting updated weekly with the new patch that comes out.

Some did, but many have abandoned the project, which made me going pretty slower than the real needed time.

I'll pm you if i'll need some extra help in the polishing phase, as it seems you're not a native speaker.

For the heroes name it would be nice to translate only few heroes (ex Pebbles=Ciottolino).

Ok i'll pm ya asking for your contacts.

Though people have to understand that many of us have works/university to follow. It's not that we are translating that as a work, getting money for that, we're doing it on the VERY spare time.

Now obviously it hasn't make to release. Anyways the game is still young and if there will be enough manpower this will eventually be finished.

Otherwise i'll release what is already done and who feels "better than us" will finish the work for himself.

Naturally what i said isn't directed to you Cornopolis but to the dear whiners which whine :scou:..

una volta joinato il canale cliccate su ''auto-connect'' cos? ogni volta ke rejoinate hon, vi connetterete in automatico al canale!

sorry but the Italian translation is ready, when it comes out? I do not think you need to translate the names of heroes but the rest must be translated if there is no doubt also for the translation of items the best thing is this: Codex / codice or mage savage / feroce mage that is the English name alongside the Italian translation

Non dimenticato del tutto, io qualcosa l'avevo fatto, sono comunque rimasto molto indietro. Chi ha voglia mi contatti in pvt e gli spiego cosa c'è da fare. Il fatto è che esce un nuovo eroe ogni poco tempo, lo shop cambia spesso... Speravo diventasse più stabile col tempo ma lo diventa sempre meno. Se siamo almeno in 4-5, gestire la cosa in maniera collaborativa potrebbe diventare possibile. Da solo mi stavo spaccando la schiena.

Io personalmente niente, ma tanti non si avvicinano al gioco perchè non sanno l'inglese, e tanti che ci giocano non sanno leggere cosa fanno le skill.
