Balance of heros

There are a lot of balance issues atm. I think it's to early to tell, cause there are a lot of heros missing atm. In Dota there are now 83 heros and they all got some bonuses against others. But when there are only a few heros, like in HoN atm, there isn't sometimes the possibility to outpick a hero. So Krobelus and Lesh (Defiler and Torturer) are to strong atm. I think the game needs the Dota heros first, before starting to make new heros which can destroy the balance of HoN, cause Dota is pretty balanced. When the Dota heros are impelimeted, then we can discuss the balance and impelemt new heros, but not with just about 30 heros, because some cahnges we would make now, will become useless when some new heros are there.
