For Maestro everything its music, the song of steps, the song of swords colliding, etc... He is a great listener, with years of training.

Ideas for Art Concept
Movement - Musical notes come out of his feet when he walk
Attack - He uses a small stick and when he hit someone, musical notes goes out of his stick to hit the enemy (he is melee not range but this can work..)
Warcry Song - When he gains more attack speed his stick increase and get bigger, or he get a lot of musical notes around himself.

Maestro it?s a great conduct, he uses his knowledge to be in the same frequency of the enemy and slowly stop himself and the enemy.
Level 1 - 60% movement speed slow, increasing over 0.4 second, Stay With 60% of movement slow speed for 1 second.
Level 2 - 80% movement speed slow, increasing over 0.8 second, Stay With 80% of movement slow speed for 1 second.
Level 3 - 100% movement speed slow, increasing over 1.0 second, Stay With 100% of movement slow speed for 1 second.
Level 4 - 100% movement speed slow, increasing over 1.25 second, Stay With 100% of movement slow speed for 1 second.
The enemy decrease his movement speed until he stops (Level 3 and 4), and stay with this movement speed for 1 second, after this the enemy returns to normal movement speed. The enemy still can use any of his skills, just don?t have the movement speed. So if the enemy has stun, he can use stun.
Maestro has his movement speed reduced too for the same amount as the enemy.
Edit: You can use this skill when you are hitting someone 1x1.When the enemy got low life he usually run, if you use this skill before he start run, you can finish him and be happy :D
Possible Change: We can make the final movement speed slow not be 100%, so if the maestro has high movement speed than the enemy, he use this to help his allies to get near the target and he still can reach the enemy.

Maestro makes a awful sound that make everyone who listen to bleed by their ears. The damage its split by everyone who listen, including allies creeps and neutral creeps.(Damage split by Enemies, Allies Creeps, Neutral Creeps and Enemy Creeps). Allies Heroes dosent take damage.
Level 1 - Deals 100 damage. Radius 450. Mini-stun 0.1.
Level 2 - Deals 175 damage. Radius 325. Mini-stun 0.2.
Level 3 - Deals 250 damage. Radius 250. Mini-stun 0.3.
Level 4 - Deals 325 damage. Radius 175. Mini-stun 0.4.
Level 1 - 85 mana, 10 sec cooldown.
Level 2 - 105 mana, 10 sec cooldown.
Level 3 - 125 mana, 10 sec cooldown.
Level 4 - 145 mana, 10 sec cooldown
This is a good skill, but occasional, you have to be alone with someone or be very good using it because if you use and has 2 people in AOE, each one get only 160 of damage. Although this has AOE mini-stun and its a great anti-channeling spell.

With each continuous blow on the same target, Maestro gains understanding of the prey?s defenses, and guides each strike with greater ease than the last. Maximum of 100% increased attack speed. If Maestro changes targets, his attack speed returns to normal.

Level 1 - Every 4 Continuous Attacks Gives Maestro 10% Bonus Attack Speed.
Level 2 - Every 3 Continuous Attacks Gives Maestro 10% Bonus Attack Speed.
Level 3 - Every 2 Continuous Attacks Gives Maestro 10% Bonus Attack Speed.
Level 4 - Every Continuous Attack Gives Maestro 10% Bonus Attack Speed.

The ability of listen it?s highly developed on Maestro, he can hear the heart beating of enemies and with this ability, he tracks an enemy hero for 30 seconds or until it dies. Allied units near the tracked target gain 20% movement speed increase. If the target dies, Maestro gets bonus gold.

Level 1 - Gives 75 bonus gold, reduces target's armor by 1
Level 2 - Gives 150 bonus gold, reduces target's armor by 3
Level 3 - Gives 225 bonus gold, reduces target's armor by 5
Cooldown: 10/7/5 seconds.
Level 1 - 70 mana cost, 750 Range.
Level 2 - 60 mana cost, 950 Range.
Level 3 - 50 mana cost, 1150 Range.
Gondar Ult Port.
Synergy
Rhythm + Musical Meter = +20% movement speed from rhythm plus the movement speed slow of musical meter can let you get near the target.
Musical Meter + Warcry Song = You can get near a target, and when he prepare to run, you use Musical Meter, so you stay near him, attacking him, 2.5 second more to hit him.
Musical Meter + Virtuose = You can use Virtuose, go and attack the enemy, if he try to escape and you can reach him, you can use musical meter to wait for cd of virtuose. (not a good synergy but its synergy.)
