Item Properties/Attributes:
* + 10 Magic Armor
* + 8 Health Regeneration
* + 2/4/6/8 Strength
* + 2/4/6/8 Intelligence
* + 2/4/6/8 Agility

Activate: AoE Silence blast from the caster.

Radius: 400/420/440/460
Duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds.
Cooldown: 60/55/50/45 seconds.
Manacost: 90/100/110/120 mana

Item ingredients:
* Shaman Headdress (2350)
* Shield of Five (803)
* Recipe (1200)
Total = 4453

Goal of the item (optional, but preferred):

- Goal is to give any hero the option of an AoE silence - but in order to effectively use it you have to be up close. Pattern upgradable through buying the recipe.

I see this as a nice upgrade from shaman's headdress.
If you really want to go for anti-mage, then this would be the choice.
Also seems to be quite balanced, perhaps drop the radius to 300-360.

15 Magic Armor is a bit much. You're giving heroes about 70% magic resistance with this item. Wouldn't this push Magebane up to 100%? Devourer isn't too far behind that. I think the 30% Shaman's Headdress gives should be the max.

LIES! With Magebanes skill at level 4 and shaman's headress it will grant you 64% magic resistance (aka +25 magic armor (10 from item, 15 from skill))

I'm not 100% on how it works so I lowered it 10 for now, or maybe have it start at 10 and go up to 14?

just noticed, Whats up with the hp regen? we already have an item with 8 hp and magic armor...

Yeah and the stats carry over from that item - Shaman Headdress.

I like it... but I think the radius and silence duration should be toned down a wee bit.

nice item, but isnt there an aoe silence item allready? you choose where 2 silence yourself tho and its more of an int item then a allround vs int item that you could wear as a tank og agi hero like this one.
