ANOYING Failed to create clan msg

Im trying to create a clan checked clan name and tag and its free acording to game info at least and im shure all members acepted cause we are on skype and all friends and has soon has the last members presses the acept button i allways get the same msg FAILED TO CREATE CLAN with no reason attached and a few minutes later it says in status window FAILED TO CREATE CLAN TIME HAS EXPIRED..... i have tryed with diferent name and tag and same thing allways happens... amd its also not a chat server thing has i check and every1 is online in chat server nad receives the invite... and now just to make it even more funny i tryed tru the web site and made it but wen ppl try to accept they get a YOUR UNIQUE KEY IS NOT VALID msg and if they try te refuse they get a 404 error with a lame dark lady ultied the server msg... and the clan is created wiht 0 members adn unmanagable and cant create another has ppl can only have one invite at a time....

I?ve been checking the clan list and there is about 12 pages of clans with no members so im guessing alot of ppl is having the same problem i am adn this is bad cuase now those Tags/Names are ocupied and ppl cant create can i plz get an S2 answer here... and plz delete the clan i have created adn that has 0 members, cant be managed by me ppl simply cant acept the invites cause of some lame error and now I cant create another cause those ppl can only have one invite at a time.... this is bad... the clan tag i want deleted is SAI and the name: SuperArtificialInteligence
