I want my style of stalker from Savage 1. Stalker + Blaze + Snare + leap melee tap. Ult would be the fire shield comm buff.
Skills:
1. Blaze. Random cone AOE spray, 200 target range (200 activation range from your hero to the spot you click), shoots 10 shots of 50 damage 30 AOE small fireballs. Cone has a 75 degree arc and 600 total range. Damage 30/30/40/50, shoots 4/6/8/10 shots. Costs 120/140/160/180 mana.
2. Snare. Tosses an AOE snare that has a 1s build up time, 0.5s travel time, lands, has a 0s activation time, and snares a 400 AOE for 50% for 6 seconds. 20s cooldown. 400 range. Costs 140 mana. Snares by 30/40/50/50% for 4/4/5/6 seconds.
3. No idea. But it needs to be something passive or extremely light on the mana. Perhaps "Agility" -- gives 5/10/15/20% chance to evade attacks 2/4/6/8% movespeed bonus.
4. Ult: Fire shield (comm buff!). 200 AOE, 600/900/1200 damage over 6 seconds.
Base hero stats -- Intel hero, even spread in stats (marginally higher intel), melee, 2 base armor, 290 base ms (if the third skill gives a +% MS).
Overall style of this hero would be teamplay AOE burst danage, vaguely like Leshrac, but with more durability, less sustained damage. Maybe tune his third passive skill so that he scales better than Leshrac lategame.
Also, another hero concept that would fit the same skillset would be "Cerberus" / Hellhound. Just change the "snare" skill to be "Molten Ground".
