since last sunday when i accidently left my clan i have not been able to re join a clan? is this a bug for now is my account bugged or soemthing

I left my clan and tried to create one. Some of the members I invited said they got the invite but others said they never received it. Now my clan exists in the clan list and I can't get rid of it or send invites or recreate. My clan "enVious" exists but nobody's in it!
