Change Log:
Update 11/17/09 - Added weapon particles.
Update 11/18/09 - Fixed skill icons.




To Install:
Simply download resources1038.s2z (http://www.mediafire.com/?orfjvwjnofm) into the Heroes of Newerth game folder. The default locations for this folder are:

Linux: /home/<username>/HoN/game/
Windows 7: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows Vista: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Mac:
1. Press Finder
2. Press Applications
3. Right click 'Heroes of Newerth', and press Show containing files
4. Open Game folder
5. Move file here

You will now have the Dark Swiftblade texture. To disable it, simply delete resources1038.s2z or remove it from the game folder.

This mod does not overwrite any vital files.

Notice: These textures are "as is" since I no longer actively play HoN and won't be taking the time to update them for the most part. If there is a problem or suggestion, feel free to post and I'll try to get things updated when I can although I offer no guarantees. Thanks for all the support and enjoy!

I particularly like the sword effects going on. Is there any way you'd release them separately. They look amazing :D.

Unfortunately that isn't a particle effect, that's the actual sword coloring. You would have to open the texture itself and copy/paste it into whatever you're using. I could probably do it for you real quick if you have the files for your current Swiftblade skin. :)

Oops, guess I never posted. Just want to say AMAZING download. SO much cooler than any of the other textures I've seen; namely Blood Defiler (which was great IMO).

im using the HD texture by Pogs and he said u can mutliply skins becuz it will chrash... so i took out the regular "hiro" file and put yours in, but it became a teapot and it doesnt talk. it only has the skill icon color differneces and the new swiftblade icon...
