Sub-account with Silver coins? Why not?

Hi guys,
I was wondering since HoN is F2P now, why not S2 allows us to purchase sub-account using silver coins?
Let's say 4k silver coins. Think it is good since we can have new sub-account instead of creating new
account using new e-mail.
