Can't buy coins

I am most upset, i bought 2x the 10 dollar packages earlier (they were like 5 dollars instead) and now i want to buy 8 more and i can't through paypal and i am in taiwan ATM and there is really no other option for me other than paypal there is something wrong between s2 and paypal i guess because paypal keeps telling me i have already paid for the order even if it is a brand new one for SOME MORE COINS, someone help me, i am so sad . </3
