Leaver status when I am not.

Hum, can you stop to close so fast my post please ?

I was on leaver status before with red hand, when I tried to MM, I got message said I need to play XX games for able to play in MM. But i did the games required and now i don't have any message from MM, i have the green Hand ( Isn't 5% but 5.10%). MM works correctly in enter in queue but when i find a game, i got the leaver message. So I repeat i am not in status leaver.

I am also experiencing this bug. Was told last night that I have to complete 5 games to lose leaver status, I have completed over 15 public stat games since then and my leaver status wont drop below 5.1%.

It's probably because the TMM System only takes 65 of your leaves into account (which is from TMM in Normal MMR mode), meaning you'll have 4,9% at first. After this, the calculations will probably be done again and the system will detect that you have 5.1% due to you leaving three other games (having 68 in total).

To get below 5% you'll need to play 24/25 more games without leaving (as 68 is 5% of 1360).

As I said before. This is not a bug, it's all part of the system and is working as intended. If you were to have a leave percentage rate of 5% + then you definitely have a leaver. It doesn't matter whether there is the green thumbs or not (even though it's not meant to be green when having a leaver rate of 5% +) it's the fact that you have a leaver.

Thuriner's statement is indeed correct and therefore you'll need to play the certain amount of games (as stated) to get you out of the leaver zone. Please do not re-post your thread "for it is not a bug".

Rejecting this once again, if you're unhappy with this decision then PM me about this issue and we'll sort things out from there. However, if you can clearly confirm that this is a huge error with the system then I'd suggest for you to contact Customer Support at support@s2games.com and see what they can do about it.
