1. Open Chrome.
2. Click and hold scroll bar.
3. Drag to top of screen.
4. Observe how the scroll bar (and thus your place on the webpage) resets to where it was originally.
5. Reinstall Firefox.

It is an issue, but you won't experience the problem if you add the www. subdomain to your url

Something similair happened to me, but it said "want to [access these files? idk something like that] TOO BAD ITS ME BLACKSMITH!" I had a screenshot for a while then deleted it, I posted on the forums somewhere though. It was pretty funny
