about concede

i think concede button should be there for ppl who've done their best and are not able to do anything, and the winning team is doing **** like farming for more items, taking down kongor, etc. when they are one minute from victory...

but in real games concede is mostly used by ppl who play **** and are bothered becoz they died many times or they just simply suck, and when you dont agree with concede they just stop playing even when nothing is decided, i think all of you understand what i want to say.

with this "concede" looses it effect and its more bad than good, i mean, somebody ****s a game, they concede, he goes to another game and ****s it too and so on ...

what should be done?
1. option: remove concede from the game
2. option: let everyone call concede only once

varation on option 2: every team can only concede very 5 minutes :)

Imo they should show who's voting against the concede/kick it's annoying being stuck in a game with 1-2 feeding noobs for another 10 mins.
The issue with option 2 is if the concede times out ie if a battle is going on and one doesn't give attention to it or a player is too stupid to notice it then you're stuck in a crappy game till it finishes.
