Custom Icon request

Hello guys, im going to buy a custom icon. And I was wondering if there's any experienced photoshopers out there who could help me out. I've recieved help from Redeye before, and it turned out perfect ^^

Anyways, id like to have a icon of Hyorin! (pics below). feel free to add your own little touch to it! (rounden edges and a thin silver frame would be nice)
