Bought and used stat reset - MMR and Lifetime statistics won't be reseted

i bought 2415 gold coins and bought the stat reset, used it and checked the Normal Mode MMR and Normal Mode Statistics


most used heroes and history of matches are resetted but the MMR and the kdr (lifetime statistics) isnt reseted.
