Admiral Proudmoore + Magic Stick Request

I would like to request the following hero and item be implemented into the great game of HON.

I believe Admiral Proudmoore would make an excellent addition to the Sentinel hero base. He is commander of the seven seas and master of piracy. I also see no harm in crashing a boat into other heroes.

I would also like to request the dota equivalent of Magic Stick in HON. That is all. :)

Isnt that name a straight ripoff from WC3 ? *cough*
Also, i dont know how a zeppelin could work out, but im all out for boats with robot legs.
