Way OP. Things that need changed:

1) No MS boost on repel.
2) pirates splash attack + MS is replaced with another support skill

You can't have a hero with basically every strength and 0 weaknesses.

The MS boost on repel is minor, and easily counterable by anyone with a decent ms item. Hell, I've used it and still had Swiftblade able to keep up with me EASILY in blade fury.

As for the splash attack, it's quite good, especially when using it to mess up heroes close to waves.

I agree with the Jere needs a nerf part. Omni is commonly banned in dota games, and this one i even better than omni. just my two cents.

Out of these four, three can be applied to Kunkha as well. And I never see him in game, seriously. :)

Lol, Nullfire comes way too late to stop Jereziah's mana. He will either have supporting items, i.e Ring of Sorcery, or Runed Axe for 150% mana regen.

Mageslayer is food for Jereziah for the same reason Anti was food for Kunkha. It takes 3-4 splash attacks in lane and Anti is on red. :)

I agree that there should be a nerf for Jereziah, though not a big one - the +dmg should IMO be toned down a bit.

Yet: Don't forget that Jere splash is 250range vs. 600 with kunkka and Kunkka's main danger are his two stuns.

I think they just need to tone down Repel. I still have nightmares about a game played against a constantly Repelled Defiler. Either reduce the duration or take off the movespeed bonus. The rest is fine.

Duration is already at 14secs with 20CD (compared to 20/20 in Dota).

Jere should be less of an issue if they bring over the updated diffusal blade from DotA. 16 charges to counter his repel should do wonders.

Blood Hunter/ Defiler /Hellflower are all great counters do jereziah, silence him before he can repel, unlike dota his repel has a 14seconds duration and 20seconds CD, he cant keep it up 24/7
just initiate ganks with silence and GG jereziah.

just counterpick with electrician? how hard can it be purge the repeled dude.... Just like picking Slard vs riki/scout/madman there is allways things to counter, he dont got his slow aura and that one is WAAAAAAY better than the slow/cleave hit he got belivive me also makes him unkillable and sick assisthero.

I just find it funny you didn't say Magebane haha. But yeah you're right in any case that was a crappy point.
