constant Mini-DC's

Over the last 4 hours or so i've started to get continual mini-dc's which bring up the icon ingame for a few seconds (between 2 and ~8) where i lose control of my character but can still see others moving correctly etc.

Have done everything i can think of to resolve the issues.

-HoN Repair
-Full HoN Reinstall
-Graphics update (it was up-to-date)
-System scan
-Checked open ports on router, even played a game with my IP in the DMZ

and it's still playing up. My internet is awesome, changed ISP about 6 weeks ago and HoN has run perfectly until earlier today.

I am out of ideas, maybe packet loss?

You can run this tool : http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/ to look for packet loss/other issues.

This fix worked for me(taken directly from here (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/wiki/index.php/Network_Quality_Diagnostics) :

Open up cmd as administrator, then enter: netsh interface tcp set global ecncapability=disabled
